to people who ship sam and freddie, why are you romanticising an abusive relationship??

or do you just not care that it’s a man being abused by a woman??

their relationship is not cute and should never have happened! teaching kids that someone who has a secret crush on you is going to verbally and physically abuse you is incredibly harmful. even as a kid i knew their relationship was awful!

i just assume that people who ship seddie also ship people like nate and maddy from euphoria but then again maybe not because of the double standard! if freddie was the one abusing sam then they would’ve been one of the most hated ships on tv.

seddie fans can say that carly didn’t deserve freddie because she never reciprocated the same feelings but at the end of the day an hate/abusive to abusive/lovers relationship is much worse than a unrequited love to lovers relationship!

i’m sorry but it genuinely makes me sick to think that there’s people out there who think the seddie relationship was cute, especially if you still ship them now as adults! what does it say to guys who are being abused by their gfs when people are saying “they’re so cute together” and “sam really loved freddie” ?? men being abused by women should be taken just as seriously as women being abused by men!!

I love that the icarly season 2 trailer was so messy messy that we don’t know what to expect, like we’re getting Carly cleary confused about beau and Wes, and then we’re getting Carly and Freddie clearly fake dating for an episode, and then we’re getting Freddie’s first ex wife and potentially rekindling that romance that it seems like everyone else hates for him, and we are clearly getting fed with Creddie moment throughout the season, and there is no way of telling what order any of these things happen in and I love it
