wait I just realized… this might be a hot take but in real life Huntrix would be so hated on by netizens, especially in Korea. (I do believe they could be successful if they were based in America like Katseye though)

And just so yall know I love huntrix but my kpop nerd glasses are on for now. This isn’t me hating on them or being nitpicky. This is me thinking how they would not survive in this era of Kpop fans and the dark side of the kpop industry and fan culture. Anyways back to this.

Here is what I think the Huntrix members would get hated for in the real world:

Lack of appeal towards men (sounds awful but if she is supposed to be based on the cute concept of kpop, which is usually for men, then men, those creepy kpop male fans would expect a lot more from her)

dating rumors about mystery (and not even dating rumors PEOPLE ESPECIALLY CREEPY MEN BEING ALL LIKE NOOO SHES MINE ZOEY WHYYY ARE YOU LOOKING AT ANOTHER MAN)

being a nepo baby for being the daughter of a successful kpop idol and raised by another successful kpop idol

one of the best and worst things you can do before watching kpop demon hunters is having so much knowledge of Korean culture and media.

Knowing that Jinu’s voice actor, Ahn Hyo Seop, is hot is a plus. Knowing that he is an actor and singer is great. Knowing that he stars in several kdramas is even better.

Knowing that he plays a character where he is compared to a prehistoric bird when Jinu is over 400 years old… is a little cursed but still hilarious
