Bienvenu!
I am named, how you say, Chef Chat, and I weel be helpeeng you prepair une manifique Ziti todaie. You engleesh types may pronounce maie naime as Shef Shaa. Do not get eet wrong maie frands, or I weel be forhced to seet on your face while you sleep, and farte een your direction.
Ah bien, let us beegeen.
Assemble ze followeeng ingrediante:
1 lb cooked pasta (ziti or penne est tres preferes, mais any zat you laike are faine) 2 cups mozzarella frommage 1/2 cup parmesan frommage 1ish cups of ricotta cheese (mmm it is so, how you say, creemie) 2 (or 3) cups of your favorite suus de la tomat 1 tbs (c'est optionale) Herbs de Provence Salt de la Sea, et la Peppeur
-
First you must boil ze pasta een ze put.
-
Next, you weel grait yur frommage. Eet ees vary importante to grait lots and lots of ze frommage, yes.

When ze pasta, she is finished, we need to put her een ze bowl. Cover eet with 2 cups of ze sauce de la tomat and ze ricotta frommage. Optional cup of suus is for laiteur. Now meex eet all! Meex eet!!

When you are done meexing eet, prepair une grande dish du baking.
If your humain helpeur is stupide couchon and has selected a dish zat ees to small, puneesh ze humain by making them prepair une autre dish de la baking.

Put about half of ze mélange du pasta into ze dish du baking, and cover eet with more of ze delicious mozzarella frommage (also ze delicious permesan frommage if you have eet). Add a leetle peppeur avec la sal du sea. Dis ees the part where you weel add yur optionale cup of ze suus de la tomat, eef you so weesh. Eef you duu, spread eet evenly across ze dish.

Crock Pot Cat Presents: Crock Pot Ribs! BoBoQ style.
Prep Time: Overnight marinade/1 hour marinade
Cook Time: 6 hours minimum.
-

Good evening, everyone. My name is Bonobo (you may call me Bo, or Miss Bo). Tonight I will be presenting to you a delicious recipe - BoBoQ Ribs from the Crock Pot.
For this you will need:
2lbs or so of ribs - we used Country Style Pork Ribs, lots of meat, less bone.
2 cups BBQ sauce of your choice
Garlic Powder and Salt to taste
Rice prepared however you choose.
-

First things first, get those suckers out and season them liberally with garlic powder and a little salt. Use any seasonings you think will taste good with the BBQ sauce you'll be using.
-

This is all we used. Lots of garlic powder, and a bit of sea salt. Once you've patted those seasonings in there, pop some saran wrap on top and refrigerate for at least an hour. We left it in the fridge overnight to really let that garlic permeate the meat. The entire fridge smelled of garlic. It was awesome.
-

This is what sauce we used. Pretty much, we used the entire bottle, plus some extra since we wanted it super saucy (whisker lickin' good, yo.). Remember that the sauce will thin out, so even if the sauce you use is super thick, it will get a much thinner consistency by the end of it as all the rib juice makes sweet love to the bbq sauce.
-

Here are the ribs after an overnight nap in the fridge. Delicious. They smelled so strongly of garlic that, vicious feline I am, I nearly dug in right there.
-

Pop those suckers into the crock pot. They cook more evenly if you get them all in one layer, but honestly you could probably just toss them in willy-nilly and it'll be just fine. We used thick Southern-style cut ribs, but you can use just about any kind of rib in this recipe.
-

Sweet Baby Ray's is my favorite. Thick, tangy, perfect. I ended up just squeezing the bejesus out of the bottle, and adding a little more from a second one. Sauce ees gooood.
-

This is what it looked like by the end of the preparation. Delicious morsels ready to go.
-

Set that bad boy to Low, and go chase some yarn, rip some curtains or chew through expensive headphones for at least 6 hours.
-

In the last 15 minutes or so, I got the last of our Yellowy Parboiled Rice out. About a cup for two people was just enough. Potatoes would go incredibly well with the ribs, too.
-

The Rice Cooker. My bestest friend.
-

6 hours later, look at this. The entire apartment smelled like sweet kitten heaven. My mittens shook a little bit taking this, but don't worry, I have a better picture for you...
-

...there you go. Amazing. See how the sauce thinned out to an almost gravy-like consistency? I wanted to roll in it.
-

Plated up...
-

...and devoured.
-
And so, with that, I bid you a satiated adieu. Here is a gratuitous image of my beautiful face.

(Any questions about this recipe? Send it to my Ask Box!)
