hey! can i ask what lifespan you plan on? also how to keep from getting too attached to your founding sim when it comes time to age them and their babies up and move on to the next gen? 😭

Hiya! I play on normal mode buuuut...

When I start palying a save I'll have aging off for a while. When I start having kids and whatnot, Ill turn it on at some point when I'm ready and tweak the settings. I don't have consistent lifespan settings, just depends on how fast I feel like progressing my game. This is what I have at the moment:

Baby - 1 day Infant - 10 Toddler - 13 Child - 18

Teen - 25 Young Adult - 40 Adult - 50 Elder - 35

As for starting the new gen... cry LMAO. No but seriously, just try to give them as much of a fulfilling life as possible and take looooads of pictures. And take the time to really develop the kids' personalities and get to know them, so by the time the new gen starts, you'll have just as much of an attatchment to them as you do your founders. You can always do sleepovers at grandma's or family cookouts, etc. to find ways to still keep them present. But honestly:

Here's a little side snippet into Felix's career as a music producer under Plumbob Universal Music. His recent work has caught the attention of Chase Dreamer (my save's version of JB 🤪) and for about a month they've been in the early stages of Chase's newest album. Through Chase, Felix has also been able to conenct with co-producer and Chase's best friend, Tyler Cohan. I don't think it's clocking to the Dreamers how fire this next album is going to be.
