- He's also a kid size bot but taller than Cream and Charmy

- His vehicle mode was Bush-Plane bot

- his two tails still can able to fly like rotors

- his tools are wrench rotator and screwdrivers on his arms

- he also swim fast with his two tails in underwater

- he's closest bot friend were Medix and Hoist, he enjoys to inventing and engineering so much with Hoist and likes to flying lessons with Medix

- His new tool was definitely arm cannon

How I headcanon Sonic characters as cybertronian In Rescue Bots Academy style:

Big

- Literally biggest bot as size as Grimlock

-His vehicle mode was like a Bronco which is a fishing rod holder

- His also can smash carry any big items or rocks

- He also have a pocket that his lil friend Froggy could fit in.

- His tool is a Fishing net for catching many fishes or capture anything but he keeps with his fishing rod

-The recruit he only closest is Whirl cuz she really like to cuddling him how he appearance was adorable and he was happy that she's with Team Rose

(he will not have a new tool because maybe he's busy)

Fun fact: Grimlock might afraid of cats and so is Big as well

RBA and STH characters headcanons:

- Hotshot always likes to race with Sonic

- Whirl tries to calm Amy down when she’s mad

- Knuckles amazed at Hoist turned into a dinomode

- Medix hates Shadow and Jet so much for calling him a nerd and being pissed of

- Wedge enjoys working out with Knuckles

- Whirl and Medix were good babysitters to Cream

- Wedge carries Omega with his hands cuz he's still taller than him

- Medix enjoys meditating with Espio

- Hotshot always hangs out with Sonic and others to play cube

- Wedge was about to race with his Extreme gear realizing he was afraid of heights so Jet teased him for it

I have to say something like non canon event thing popped in my head:

If RBA had a 3rd season and revealed the main antagonist, I think Starscream would be the main villain in RBA s3 or fan made one cuz it never happened. I might say he can able to get revenge on Megatron for how he treated him so badly so he finally knocked him out. When he arrive at the training center, he'll about to take over the simulation gymnasium or hero hall, so the recruits or with teachers are about to figure out how to stop Starscream on the training program before he corrupts the training program and the rest of the academy, he might don't have a body which already destroyed but a ghost who can easily transfer any devices.

Silver

- A teenager size bot

- His vehicle mode was Jet-bot for fly abilities that base of his design

- His still can use psychokinesis even vehicle mode

- He can able to levitate rescue recruits sometimes for fun

- Sometimes he went to training center for help

- He can still fly as a bot mode

- The recruits he closest is Medix and and mostly Scorch, because he always hanging out with him.

- His new tools are having a holographic weapon sword and shield, even a canon gun

How I headcanon Sonic the Hedgehog characters as cybertronian in Rescue Bots Academy style:

Shadow

- he’s a teenager size bot

- He already had a multi-cog, so his vehicle mode was motorcycle or car

- He still can skate with his rocket shoes

- Also has fangs

- his weapon was a shotgun even he’s on vehicle mode

- He still use chaos control with his chaos emerald but bigger emerald as a diamond like energon

- The recruit he only care is Wedge, but not that much. He didn’t like to get along with him at first and now he’s remember the past which Wedge had a blue headband on his hand that he remembers Maria

- When he has a new tool, he has a rocket shooter on his fist but like a bomb

Knuckles

- An average teenager style which is exact tall as Hoist or Wedge

- Also an ATV but motor like but he can smash things like rocks

- Maybe he’s a fighter bot, which he consider likes fighting,

- Still has fangs unlike any bots

-Still has quills model but little bit shorter

- Still can glide

- Has bigger hands with still has spikes on it

- the recruits who he closest is Hoist and Wedge he amazed when he sees Hoist as dino-mode

- When he has a new tool, His hands turns into drills and he has air wings or idk what it calls like Wedge has but both of it, so he can dig and glide anywhere
