Merry Christmas! Thank you for your work! Maybe it's not last time CS shippers exchange gifts! But maybe not all of them need them. I'm disappointed. My CS SC person didn't even find a thank you for their gift. Maybe them didn't like it. I get it. Still, it sucks not to get my gift from my CS SC and to be ignored by said person I gave my present to. All the affair now seems like wasting of time :(

When should we be worried that our Santa isn't going to deliver?

Question—when is the deadline for our secret santa to give us our gift? I haven’t heard from mine in a week but I heard a lot of anonymous asks we’re not getting through to the giftee.

Gifts were supposed to be posted today or tomorrow (Christmas Eve and Day) but sometimes people aren’t able to meet the deadlines. Normally the Santa coordinates with their giftee when the gift is posted. 

That being said, every year unfortunately there are Santas who bail, which is something that is sadly out of my control. If you’d like, I can ask around and sometimes people are willing to make extra gifts, although some feel that it takes away from the fun because you don’t know the person. I’m sorry but this happens every year and I can’t do anything about it :(

That’s really hard for me to say, as I cannot control when they come online etc. You can wait a few more days to see if they appear, and if they still don’t, let me know and I’ll try to message them.

I know a lot of students are going through final projects/assignments/exams at the moment, so that might also be a contributing factor.

Oh thank you so much! There used to be a few of us but I’ve been running this event by myself for the last 3 years. It takes a lot of time and work but I honestly kinda enjoy it.

My main blog is lunasravenclaw but I think most people probably knew me during my OUAT days as oncepromised.

how do you make the pairings?

I use the list of participants and randomly pair people up.

Hi! When we get paired, is it ok to tell the person we're gifting if we're not comfortable with something like smut for example?

Yes, definitely! Please do not be afraid to make this clear to your giftee. And this goes for giftees as well, if you’re not comfortable receiving smut as a gift, just let your Santa know! We want everyone to have a good time here.
