Recently,on 28th of August a 21 year old delivery driver named Affan Kurniawan was struck by a police vehicle not once but TWICE.the police vehicle stopped for a moment and ran him over again,what baffles me the most is that they said it was an "accident".there was also a video where one of the polices in the car was caught saying " Tabrak aja"(just hit them).people said that multiple people were also struck by the Police vehicle but I don't know if its true or not.recently in Jakarta mass shootings are actively happening,there were teenagers that got hit and died some weren't even joining in the protest.the police are also attacking the medical teams and journalists even though there's a rule to never harm or attack them.all of this isnt entirely the polices fault,it's mostly the politicians that ordered them to do it.it was also said that some of the d3ad bodies were even thrown into the lake.

Daily Check in 09/01/2025 Let me start off with this, I am NOT going to stop calling and neither should you! After over a month of calling I can predict how every call is going to go.

Visa will read it's script and hang up on you the moment you mention Steam or Itch.io. They're reps have been told not to engage, and since none of the reports I've seen implicate Visa in this particular censorship push, they aren't our highest priority anyway. Considering the calls to them aren't even logged, it's not really worth the time. MasterCard still needs daily calls. They released a statement on August 1st saying that they had no part in this, however Steam itself says that this is a lie, and there has been no further statement from them. They continue to file complaint reports, and while their upper management has been dragging its feet on making another statement, it is important that we keep the pressure on. As for PayPal... I still not sure how to approach them. They have not made any public statements. They haven't even made any internal statements! Half the reps I talk to have never heard about this situation, and every single one of them just makes up BS excuses. Nobody there knows what's going on, but they will point the fingers at anyone else. They are thoroughly shielded by a vast and overwhelming armor of ignorance and incompetence. The representatives you speak to do not know what's going on, and will not put you through to anyone who does. However PayPal is also the ones who are enforcing this censorship. Regardless of who is actually pulling the strings, it's PayPal and Stripe that are putting down the boot, and they are the ones who need to be stopped. I will not stop calling. However, I can't spend the time and energy to keep making daily updates right now when there's nothing to report. Fortunately, many of my daily posts have already gone near viral. People continue to post them, argue them, and defend the need to fight for censorship, so I feel comfortable leaving what I've made so far to continue spreading around for a month while I focus on work. I want to preface this with the facts:

I am not Trump's personal Caregiver.

I'm not part of Trump's medical care team.

Nor do the people I work with. None of the people I've talked with or seen online talking about this are part of Trump's care team.

I'm based in Oregon so the laws and care He receives will be different than what he has in DC and as President of the US.

I am also only 6-ish years into the job so I am a baby caregiver compared to other longer working caregivers, nurses, and doctors I've had the privilege of talking to about this.

I will not be dropping their names here.

Not to mention what I've seen discussed online is also speculation, do not have any standing in Trumps medical care, but does come from many knowledgeable individuals in the field of medicine. Based upon education, Job Training, and personal history with certain conditions to be discussed.

Now with that out of the way: it's very long so it's under a read more.

Trump just turned 79 years old back in June with that fucked up military parade. Already that predisposes him to natural cellular degeneration associated with Aging. But a healthy individual can live up to 110 years if they take really good care of themselves. Eating well, physically Active, mentally stimulated. I believe the record holder was 115 years old? But he has already passed the American average of 78, and Men's average of 75.

Trump's diet has not changed at all. Typically when you get older doctors recommend, and a lot of people voluntarily, switch to more Mediterranean or other vegetable heavy diets, because their bodies require more varied nutrients to maintain their health. You can't get all your vitamins and minerals out of a Big Mac from Mcdonalds and there's some serious research suggesting that ultra processed foods like what you get at fast food places is supper caloric dense with little vitamins or healthy fats. A diet heavy in ultra processed food has links to higher Cardiovascular Diseases, a higher risk of Hypertension, and Chronic Kidney Disease. Specifically declined Renal Functioning.

Now if this was all the evidence I had about Trump's active decay in front of the American public. I would call MYSELF into the insane asylum, because Diet and Age does not define the health of a person alone. This however is not the only evidence I've seen and heard.

Let's keep going with the physical evidence: Swollen Ankles, Bruising on the back of his hands. What looks to me -and a couple of nursing associates- like a urethral catheter system (Specifically a Foley, discrete very great work if it is a cath). He was no longer able to deny the claims of health issues; disclosing that he has Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI). And while it is common for Adults over 70 and even as young as 60 to get this. What's not normal is his recent decline in physical activity following this supposed common diagnosis. It's noted that he is an avid golfer often going 2/3 times a week. Which for him to go 2 or more weeks without being physically active in his preferred method, is not normal behavior for him. As of typing this he has almost gone the entire MONTH of August without Golfing.

People with CVI still maintain or modify their physical activity. With more time laying out on their backs with their legs raised above their heart to rest and ease pain. Or more walking with compression socks of a higher grade (like 20-30 hhmg) rather than sitting, to help the veins with their job. Trump isn't doing either of that. He doesn't get the time as a President to do that. He's sitting for longer periods of time, cameras are being purposefully angled so we can no longer see his lower half when he makes statements. Websites are cropping at the waist. Those who do continue to question his health are banned from conferences (MSNBC) or threatened with lawsuits. He has not changed his diet to reduce his salt and ultra processed food intake or his sugars.

CVI at his age of 79 almost 80. Gives him a huge risk for Kidney Failure, heart attacks, congestive heart failure, strokes, blood loss from a normally recoverable injury. His blood vessels are so weak right now, he cannot pump blood through his body like a healthy person his age should. He likely is going into renal failure. He can't get the wastes out of his body. they're probably pooling in his legs. Wherever his sun tan is not visible, his skin is yellowing. Jaundice. Classic sign of Kidney issues in white people.

If his kidney's goes he's going to need Kidney Dialysis. There are some methods for treatments, but all require some access to his veins. He's not going with a Central Venous Catheter, because that's ported at the jugular and is used for emergencies. Which trump is not in, and that's hard to hide. Arteriovenous fistulas are the go-to method I've seen, but those are done at the arms and require patients to wear t-shirts, further Exposing Trump's declining health. He'll most likely go for an implant if he can, because the line can be placed on his chest and feeds into his heart. But he has yet to take medical leave to get the implant. And maintenance for the port is a weekly thing because the risk of infection reaching his heart is so high.

Trump's administration is hoping the confession of CVI will be enough to calm the public down. But it's not, not to me. Because this alone is a very intensive health issue that requires a lot of focus and energy to get stabilized. Which he cannot dedicate to because he is the President. Refuses to change his diet. Refuses to change his habits. And rather than step aside for a health break like a competent and health conscious person would do -like what Biden did for his operation back in 2023- what he is doing is he's going through his work and pretending everything is normal.

Which it's not.

Whatever he's got. His heath team is treating him IV treatments (which is typically administered either at the inner elbow or at the back of your hands.) Because of the direct medicine to site of problem administering method those medicines are going to work really fast and really well for a while. But he is once again: old AF.

Just because he's the president doesn't mean he's got access to some immortality pill. His narcissism doesn't allow him to shut up about anything he's been victorious about. His narcissism doesn't allow him to just let these comments about his health wash over him without some angry retort or punishment to the media reporting about it. This is established patterns of behavior. He would be crowing at the moon and sun about being immortal and living forever.

You know what he IS doing?

He's talking about going to heaven.

He's fully aware of the fact that he is dying.

His doctors, like me, are required to be medically transparent to patients about any action we take. including actions we cannot correct course for. The amount of time Trump would be away from the public to treat heart failure and kidney disease would be extensive. Months at best. Years at most. With continued treatments for the rest of his natural life. Daily Maintenance like urine bag replacements. Port sanitation and bandage changes. Checks for infections. Visits for dialysis that take an hour to do, if not more time. Things he needs to do if he wants to keep living for another ten/twenty years.

Care that I provide now, to people struggling to pay their bills.

Not to mention his CVI makes operating on him incredibly dangerous, because again, he's at risk of bleeding out. His veins don't pump, his heart is weak, He's old and the natural degradation of his body will not accept a transplanted organ at his age. The risk of rejection is too high, even if it was a perfect match. Even if it was a CLONE, the stress of a kidney or heart operation is just too much strain on his old body!

And if it was just fucking physical health. That would be that! People can live 10-15-25 years if physical health was managed and treated like he gets. Mentally well adjusted and happy to the end of their cyborg life.

But physical health is not the only thing he's suffering with!!!

A lot of people in Dementia and Alzheimer homes have noted the President's cognitive decline in what's termed as Sundowning:

His staff are holding more meetings and press conferences in the morning. Because people with these memory issues have better recollection in the morning rather than the afternoon or evening, and worse at night.)

He is starting to forget common facts. (often forgetting he lost the 2020 election, re-framing it in his head as a break)

His rambling includes things that are not physical there or have never happened (more so than usual I mean. He's never played soccer after all, he's not the world champ),

Forgetting recently learned things (Like visiting dignitary names when he had NO ISSUE WITH THIS in the last term),

He's no longer following plans (TACO but so much worse, the rubber banding "will he, wont he" tariffs is not normal planning, not even his staff agree with him on this),

Time relevancy issues (Commenting about Obama when Obama hasn't been relevant in the political sphere for over ten years now. and a lot of his policies have been torn up or muffled by trump already)

When he holds a graph up he has difficulty translating it in his head, and conveying it's meaning during conferences (defaulting to his "it's gonna be huge/beautiful", another worrying sign)

His conversational skills are starting to stutter or jump from topic to topic (Woman talking about Ukrainian children being abducted during their war and his response about trade deals with Russia),

His aggression is increasing (Remember Elon musk's eye? Yeah there's more people wearing makeup on their faces, even the men are doing foundation, badly. Melania? Scarfs are in apparently.)

All he needs to do now for me to really worry is for him to become withdrawn from even his own family and staff, misplacing objects, or have difficulty completing swinging a golf club properly. Those are the only symptoms I have yet to see or hear about from news outlets.

But the problem with dementia/Alzheimer 's along with his CVI is that the medications commonly used to treat CVI make dementia/Alzheimer WORSE.

That man is actively dying from disorders that will NEVER get better. these are the kinds of diseases where I as a caregiver am responsible for providing comfort and safety above all else. These are the things people sign DNR's for. There is no cure for these things!

Many people with cognitive issues don't even retain the right to their finances, property, or health choices. Those responsibilities often are relegated to spouses, immediate family, or a a trusted healthcare proxy. Remember the #freebrittany movement? It's quite likely Trump has a conservatorship with either his kids or lawyers in regards to his healthcare, if he's not doing it himself. Or at least he has the paperwork done when his conditions worsens.

When that happens. I wont claim to know. I know people have heard a physical therapist with similar adjacent knowledge of these conditions as I say 6-8 months for him to live. But that is not his, nor my place to say. I will not make the same or any speculation on his Time of Death. That's for him and his god.

People can have CVI and nothing else. The yellowing of his skin and catheter could be unrelated health issues like UTI's, which can be treated in the same IV to wrist way and still affect his kidneys. There is a whole host of reasons to explain his bruises his skin his lacking energy that could all be benign or temporary.

But what is clear is that he is old, he feels it. He is slowing down. He's losing weight without changing his diet at all. His mind is getting fragile.

People at the end of their life have told me that they feel like their mind or soul is separating from their bodies. Sometimes the sensation terrify them and I end up spending a day and a half holding hands so they "don't float away". They start talking about the afterlife. What they hope to see, who they want to see. Some wonder if they did a good job in life. They ramble about regrets. They talk about their triumphs.

Every time I hear Trump on the news: I hear the words of a dying man.

I hate him for his actions. I hate him for his cruelty. The genocides he's actively participating in and gleefully enacting among American's with disabilities is sickening. Not to mention Gaza and Ukraine. All the efforts to become a military dictator are reprehensible and impeachable offenses. His mishandling of the economy is deplorable. His actions despicable.

But I am a caregiver first. And that asshole is still a human being.

He should be home with his family. Resting and managing his health with doctors in Florida. He has the right, as a human being, to be surrounded by people he loves when he dies. He deserve rest and comfort. He deserves peace at the end of his life, physically at least.

That his administration is fully aware of his health and the potential rapid decline he faces now. And does not inform the public?

Does not enact Article 4 of the 25th amendment to peacefully remove him from office, due to his cognitive decline and assured incapacitation.

Or encourage him to retire when no judge will put an 80 year old rich asshole like him in prison for his crimes against all of us?

That he will be allowed to send America further into dictatorship, while his mentality recesses into the past and the fears he grew up in? He was born in 1946!!! He's seen so much shit, his regression will be traumatic if not terror inducing for his elitist panic brain!

A Congress and Administration that ALLOW these Reprehensible actions, from our country's leader! The people also elected, to protect and serve the public, in preserving public safety and against tyrants.
