It started when Rick and his group were looking for shelter for the next few days they happened to stumble across a house they knocked and a girl came out named y/n

Rick said “my names Rick grimes and this is my group we were looking for shelter would you mind if we stayed here for a little while?”

“no I would not mind they’re are many empty rooms here”

While you were looking at the group counting everyone you made eye contact with a boy around your age made you feel as if you had an empty pit in your stomach a feeling you haven’t felt since the apocalypse first started

“Oh this is my son Carl and this is Daryl Glenn Andrea and my wife michonne and Carol”

“What is your name?”

“Y/n L/n”

“Thank you very much Y/n we will respect you and your property”

“Let me take you to your rooms”

As they walk inside y/n thinks to herself Carl is pretty cute honestly

“this will be yours and loris room if you need anything let me know”

“Thank you very much”

“this can be your room carol”

“Thank you for everything”

“Daryl and Glenn they’re are 2 rooms left pick out which ever one you want”

“Carl this can be your room”

“Theyre are extra clothes in each room and running water”

“Thank you very much we are in your debt”

“There is no need to be in debt for me I refuse to let a group out alone without any shelter during such times as these”

Fast forwarding to 3am Y/n is in the living room drawing when all of a sudden there’s a tap on her shoulder she turns around

“oh it’s you Carl did you need anything”

“oh it’s nothing much I just couldn’t sleep I wanted to see what you were doing”

Carl sits next to her

“What are you drawing?”

“A map of the house and routes I can’t stay here forever and not any longer as well..”

“Maybe you could come with my group?”

“Possibly I’d have to put more thought within it”

As y/n keeps drawing she starts to get tired and so does Carl y/n accidentally falls asleep on his shoulder but he does move

She must’ve been tired I wonder how she deals with all of the work on her own here she looks beautiful when she sleeps Carl falls asleep in the morning he wakes up and gets up from the couch to everyone outside and goes outside as well

“We’ve all been thinking and we all have a question for you”

“Ask away”

“How have you held up this place without any help?”

Now everyone is staring at y/n and she feels like she’s nearly going to break over the pressure

“I had a friend here but she was taken away from me she always helped me with generators and water and our animals but in the middle of the night I couldn’t help her when all she did was help me and I know I can’t stay here forever not any longer I’ve been scouting old routes for myself”

“Would you like to go with us?”

“I don’t see why not”

I’m gonna end it here for now but I will make a part 2 very very soon!

heyy sorry it took me so long to finally post this at first I wasn’t sure exactly how to write it to make it longer but then I figured out l wrote this all at 2 am

so I think it’ll be pretty long I wrote it all down in my journal it was like 3 and a half pages long I hope you like it!

Y/n asks carol to walk around with her as they’re walking together y/n asks carol

“Do you wanna go by the river with me later? It’s a beautiful view there”

Carol says

“Yes I don’t see why not”

they walk together as carol gossips

Y/n didn’t know it but from the watch tower Maggie and Glenn were watching Maggie says

“you have to talk to her!”

Glenn says

“Dude I don’t know what to say! Everyone knows I can’t talk to her”

“Oh yeah that’s right you get all red and flustered around her it’s hilarious”

Glenn turns his back away from looking at y/n and carol and the view points back to y/n and carol

“Carol could I tell you something?”

“Yeah of course anything!”

“Honestly I have a crush on Glenn”

Carol looks surprised

“Really you should definitely talk to him during your guys turn in the watch tower tonight!”

“I’ll try to tell him tonight wait look..”

Y/n points upwards to the watch tower

“Glenn and Maggie have to be dating I mean just look at them their perfect together”

“I dunno kid maybe you should ask?”

“I guess so I don’t see why not”

“oh hey look Rick and Daryl are back let’s go talk to them!”

“Did you guys find anything good?”

“I found a Polaroid camera” Rick says(can we tell I love the thought of a Polaroid in Twd)

“I found more bandages and food” Daryl says

“Dinners almost ready let’s go inside”

As they’re walking towards the doors y/n stops and looks at Maggie and Glenn carol stops and walks back to y/n and grabs her arm softly

“Cmon kiddo you’re just over thinking it let’s go inside”

“You’re right maybe I am”

At the dinner table now

Y/n is looking down staring at her food peripheral visioning(zoning out but looking at smth in the corner of your eye without moving your pupil) towards Maggie and Glenn

“I’m not hungry thank you for the food”

And she goes to her room she sits in her bed overthinking

What if I ask him and it makes everything weird between us

What if I do something weird

What if-

Then theirs a knock at the door

“Come in!” Y/n gets up from her bed

“Oh hey Maggie!”

“Hey y/n are you okay?”

“Yeah I’m just getting ready for me and Glenn’s turn tonight!”

“Oh okay good luck!”

Maggie’s leaves winking at y/n

She’s so sweet I really don’t wanna make anything weird between us y/n thinks to herself

Y/n is at the watch tower then she hears

“Hi y/n!”

“Oh hey Glenn!”

“You ready for our shift tonight?”

“Yeah come look at the moon!”

“It’s gorgeous!”

“I know right”

They sit down next to each other

“Hey Glenn?”

“Yeah?”

“Are you and Maggie inlove?”

“Actually no the girl I’m Inlove with.. is you y/n I never knew how to tell you”

“What really?”

“Yes of course it is you y/n”

“Would you be my girlfriend?”

“Of course”

Y/n gets on top of Glenn and they start kissing but he stops for a second and looks at her

“I love you y/n ‘my beautiful girl’ I’ve waiting for this moment”

they resume to making out then they hear a giggle Glenn and y/n stops both red and flustered and they hear

“Look at you two love birds together!”

And she takes a Polaroid of them together

“Can we have some privacy now!”

“Sorry sorry”

Maggie says smiling as she leaves she winks at y/n

That’s why she winked at me earlier!

Glenn looks at y/n each hand at either side of her waist

“I love you so much I’ve truly been waiting for this moment since forever”

“Me too Glenn I love you so much”

As they resume to making out again

oh my god I’m actually proud of myself I love this a lot I really hope you like it too!

Here's the main idea: (f)Reader has a camera that she's been carrying around since the beginning of the apocalypse. She takes lots of pictures of the group and Carl. One day, Carl looks at the pictures and notices that there are no pictures of (f)Reader? So, he decides to take one in secret and keeps it.

Y/n would always go around taking pictures of people especially Carl and no one ever hated it if anything they loved it

Carl was walking around when y/n came behind him and said

“Hey Carl smile!”

“Here look you like your picture”

“Thanks it’s awesome”

She had a lot of cute photos of people together like Rick and michonne or Glenn and Maggie

But Carl got a litttle curious about her camera so he asked her

“Hey can I see your camera”

“Yeah sure!”

“Thank you I’ll give it back soon”

usually if anyone asked for her camera she would immediately ask why but she trusts Carl and it clearly shows

As he took the camera to his room he looked through the gallery over 500 photos but not a single photo of her so he thought

“Why not take one of her?”

And so he did he took a Polaroid of her smiling while she wasn’t looking and he kept it in his pocket or in his hat all the time he would always look at it when he missed her and would always give it a kiss

“Here’s your camera back”

“Thank you!”

“Hey why don’t we go on a walk I missed you a lot”

“okay!”

“Look at the love birds holding hands” Maggie said to Glenn

“I love you a lot y/n my pretty girl”

“I love you too Carl”

and now you two were hugging as he kissed you

this was still so short I swear bro😭 hopefully u like it I tried to make it longer honestly I might redo this one as well in the future I need to also proof read and add letter count now that I think of it

 I wish you luck and inspiration in your blog! I’m not really sure about the format of the work you write. But I have an idea! So I love TWD! And I LOVE Daryl Dixon. What about Daryl( maybe his young version, high school student? Or just before the out break) teaches FemReader to drive a car? Daryl teaches her to drive his old pick-up? I think it’s really cute and very good idea for fluff. Maybe there’s smut at the end (if you write that)
