GLEE WATCH-ALONG (PART 3)

glee watch-along is starting shortly (in about 15 minutes. what time is that for me?). all are welcome! i plan on going for at least 3-4 episodes, so this’ll last roughly 3-4 hours. pop in whenever. we’ll have a side-chat running, but feel free to lurk and enjoy the nostalgia.

we’re using that new “netflix party” app. i’ve only used it once before, but i think it’s workable. here’s what you need to do:

And I will try to find some sympathy for the more stupid people until I run out of energy for forgiving them again. Because it’s hard, for me and for them, and for him. Because life is hard, and all we have is each other, and all he and we can do is keep finding the angelic part of ourselves, that messenger of our most *human* part, the part that can’t stop *feeling* and can’t stop *caring*.

Goodbye, Kurt Hummel : [Week 3] Favorite Solos (1/3)

As If We Never Said Goodbye The number juxtaposed Kurt’s return to school with shots of him hanging out in an empty theater, inspecting ocean scenery, and then sitting backstage in front of a dressing room mirror as if psyching himself up for a performance. The sequence found an imaginative, expressive way to get into Kurt’s head and show the world as he felt it. Halls that once spooked him had become just halls, nothing more. He walked with quiet confidence, like a young man suddenly at ease in his skin, reveling in the discovery that he was happy. Kurt was seasoned by experience but still sensitive, ethical and kind. And when he got into the classroom again and started performing, he sang in such a way that the “Sunset Boulevard” song became his story — his anthem. (x)
