Easter is a Christian holiday so in Arab countries it’s celebrated by Arab christians though you’d often find the whole country in celebration as is the case with Shamm Enniseem ‘the Egyptian Easter’ which is a national holiday (with Coptic roots) that falls a day after Easter; like Easter, it’s more of a celebration of spring. Often this coincides with the Jewish Passover as well.
