hey hey guys, letting you know a Heads Up, i'm gonna be playing bg3 again to try to get to the end of the game (nod nod) and figure out what to do from there BUT i will be on here more now that i have working adhd meds.

i should note, i changed Some Minor Things about zynth and farise's backstory, as well as how their runs have gone, sO i will say them upfront:

in the last run/loop, most of the heroic characters (in the game canon at least) will either attack on sight or leave before they get there.

astarion & gale are the other ones who stayed put where they were on purpose, and while astarion still for a time rejected the idea that not one but TWO people were so devoted to keeping him safe to the point of undoing fate and time over him, gale barely waited to hug zynth and farise as soon as he recognized his lover's touch on the outside of The Fucking Stone

karlach (game) & wyll (game) team up pretty early on, and usually end up attacking on sight. however, because this is already breaking game canon and mechanics, this leads to a bunch of different ways to handle it and threads can be done in any direction (fighting, talking, parting ways, etc).

shadowheart and lae'zel (i didn't sit here for 5 minutes forgetting her name no shut up) both find their actions admirable, in opposing directions. lae'zel finds it admirable that they would help until they could not anymore, and then turn to bloodshed when the olive branch snapped before them. shadowheart finds it admirable that they would go out of their way to learn about her, even if they knew she would not do the same for them until recent (which she expresses guilt for in our canon).

jaheira and the harpers are conflicted when they arrive. they understand the madness, the grief, the hatred and vexation for a world that does not care about you and your own─ but how do you reconcile that with your goals? again, leads to a bunch of different thread opportunities.

minsc has. Feelings about the madness of not being able to change anything. he has BIG FEELINGS for a BIG MAN. and honestly it can't be blamed or helped how he feels. (variant of canon, but canon minsc my beloved.)

( they had been surprised at first, to learn of a far off land named lupos, that heralded more calm werewolves than they could fathom, and even had a werewolf king, of which was before them. but that was for later, they supposed. )

"Can you keep your focus on me, Cas'?" they don't dare reach out to him, but they know that something like this is going to be painful ─ & they're no cleric in order to soothe that sort of pain. they wonder if he would keep his sentience, or if he would go after their brains next, for all the information it held, like the devourer that they had met some time ago.
