This is me at my sister's wedding. I am a US size 18-20ish I think and I don't know how much I weigh because I haven't stepped on a scale in more than a year as a part of my living body positive and not being defined by a number. I have never been happier! :)

Hey Curvy Ladies and Sexy Gents!  I want to apologize for my absence. You see, I am a junior in college and we're within a month of the end of the year which means scheduling, tons of homework and final projects. Which also means this curvy lady has had zero time to sleep, much less to post. Anyway, in less that 4 hours I'll be on spring break and will have tons of time to post. Thanks for sticking with me kiddos!  Love,
~Freddie

It a journey. I have theses days too, but they are getting fewer and farther in between.
I’m a really body positive person.
However, sometimes I don’t feel 100% awesome about myself.
It’s important to remember that not feeling amazing doesn’t make me any less a part of the acceptance movement.
I’m not a bad person just because sometimes I focus on my flaws too much.
Tomorrow I’ll center around self love.
It’s all a journey, man.

This.
Body positivity is not:
comparing thin female bodies to men
or sticks
or telling them they look like they have an eating disorder
calling fat bodies “curvalicious” or sexualizing them
Telling fat bodies “you’re just worried about their health”
sexualizing anyone who doesn’t want to be

This is my house. This is my home. This is my link to the outside world. With this body, I can affect the tangible world. I can shape it. I can impact it.
This body allows me to move and see things in a new light. This body allows me to touch. This body allows me to kiss.
My body can take me to...
