have been taking vitamins and switched some things up and im feeling a lot better but im still always so so sleepy... (_ _) ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁
i'll have a few hours of feeling good and awake and then tired again. want to figure out how to fix this

i spent the beginning half of my first year in the 30s strong - making more effort to reach out and organize meet ups and activities with family and friends, exercising, fixing (was still a work in progress but leagues better) my sleep schedule, getting back into childhood hobbies, starting new hobbies and projects, organizing finances, exploring new recipes - and then it just... fizzled out in the second half
i got sick once and then again and then i just... couldn't muster up the will to get back on the roll or do much of anything at all. i'd do a little of something and then wouldn't touch it again for the next few months. i always just want to sleep and am always so sleepy. i felt so accomplished and then so disappointed in myself
it's now my 31st. i fear i will just fall back into the same pitfalls, but the only thing i can do is keep moving forward. maybe i just did too much at the same time. it feels like i'm incompetent where others are able to juggle social life/relationships with others, hobbies, work, exercise, and day-to-day responsibilities without burning out. the fact that i got into this slump makes me feel like a failure of an adult
i feel inadequate. but, even if i'm inadequate or incompetent or lagging behind, i want to try again. maybe slower this time, gentler

✎ trying to be consistent ( ' ﹋ ' ; )
✎ weakness: proportions ( ꩜ ᯅ ꩜;)
✎ first time I draw a pose, my proportions are all off (。・-・) for example, the torso is too small and the arms too big. i keep needing to draw on top (blue lines)/completely redraw in order to get the proportions more accurate (๑-﹏-๑)
✎ legs are difficult to draw and my proportions are off, especially relative to the upper body
✎ draw too big then have to resize when going to next part of drawing. for example, i'll draw the torso too big then need to resize to draw the arms and legs (╥﹏╥) need to learn proportions in general
