have we talked about this. i know canonically dragon age half-elves have no elven physical features… this is of course very dumb and we must refuse to accept it at all costs… and as much as i love elf ear alistair what i think actually happened is they “cropped” his elf ears at birth… and maybe he noticed as a child that his ears felt strange or there was this scar that looked different… but there was no one to answer his questions about it… and it was always this strange thing that gnawed at the back of his mind…

Some Avatar fan art, it’s always been one of my favourite sci-fi films and to me such a magical take on the humans vs. Aliens trope. The messages about nature vs. machine are so prevelant and I’m patiently waiting for fire and ash to come out.

This is my take on some parts of the first film with some creative liberties as I made up the top scene - their outfits and markings were so hard to find references for so I’ve done my best. This took me such a long time to finish as well 😅
