So I got a baby corn snake as a pet about two weeks ago and a couple days after I got her I was showing her off to my friend. Cookie (that's what I named my snake) was slithering all over us and being cute and curious. She was slithering up my friend's arm. I was laying on my back and looking up at Cookie. The snake paused and I thought she looked really cute so I went "awwwwwww- OMG NO!" She had paused because she was pooping...She pooped right on my shoulder. And I don't know if you've ever seen snake poop before but it's smelly like baby poop and wet grossness like bird poop. We got Cookie back in her tank and she buried herself under the bedding on her tank while I rushed to wash my arm and get the poo out of my shirt. Thankfully she didn't poop on my bed, because I probably would have cried for years.

I believe that it’s far more racist to complain about the whitewashing of a mythological character than to whitewash them in the first place. Race shouldn’t really matter. Culture does, but the color of skin does not. Nagas were green and blue. Does it matter if they didn’t have distinctly indian...
