dominicpurcell I ask you; the few who may read this, with a very real fear of sounding preachy, pompous, elitist and self important. With a trying humility I will listen carefully to the very predictable vitriol that will no doubt be directed at me. You may indeed change my mind. I'm open to change. I ask a simple question. To my fellow brothers and sisters in this great country America who hold stead fast to the second amendment. Is there not a pernicious element to the amendment? Do we, you, believe that things indeed change? Change is merely a natural progression of life and evolution, as is the growth of a little human into a big human. We surely can all agree on that? Change hopefully and I say hopefully is a harbinger for higher thinking, self awareness, introspection, retrospection and getting a cool flow on. Change of course also feeds, regression, stagnation of thought and hate. Change for me in its purist form is a conduit to positive things. Beautiful things, an enlightened consciousness of things. So here's to better days and the possibility, however slight, the absence of monism on a couple hundred year old thought construct in a world run by certain humans with great power that suffer, what I like to call. The servitude to a destructive celestial totalitarian higher authority. #changeisbeautiful and fuckin needed.

dominicpurcell IN THE SUN. YOU MUST WEAR SUN SCREEN. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with a type of #skincancer called BASAL CELL CARCINOMA, the least deadly a couple years back. If left untreated it can cause significant tissue damage. I had a chunk of it removed from the side of my nose. Ironically one of my best friends @thehughjackman. Yes #wolverine also copped it. 😉We both grew up in #australiaplaying in the ocean when #sunscreenawareness was not a big issue. Hughy has had 5 removed, I've had one, with a real possibility the both of us will get more down the road. All due to the fact we didn't wear SUN SCREEN!!. No excuses wear sun screen. I prefer the thick stuff #zinc with an under coating of sun block. Every 45 minutes when I'm #surfing I get out and reapply. .....
