*BIG NEWS* after 10 fantastic years I will be closing Daisy Knights. I am becoming increasingly aware of the sheer volume of overconsumption and overproduction of the fashion and jewellery industry, even though my products are recycled metal I feel contradictory selling a product while trying to make the world a better place, when my daughter asks me what I did to help the environment when she grows up, I do not think I will be comfortable saying I had an ‘eco-brand’. So, with that out of the way, I want to say a HUGE thank you to every single one of you, thank you for your support and for choosing my work when there are so many designers out there doing awesome things. The online store will close on the 16th December and everything has a major discount with up to 80% off (all sales final) so now is the time as I won’t be making more. There is no code to enter at checkout, but we do have very limited stock of everything! #secondhandseptember is here and I can’t believe this is my first post about it 😬 // I have three very special rings here, my engagement ring which has been in my husbands family for generations (more like seventh-hand than secondhand!), it was wobbly and bent when he proposed so I remade it with the original metal and diamonds and now it will last for many more generations to come // The ring I’m wearing on my pinky is one I made for myself for our first wedding anniversary, it says ‘John’ surrounded by second hand diamonds in rose gold 🥰 // Lastly, my main (yes, main, I have seven!) wedding ring which was my grandmothers who died when I was very young // I wear all three rings everyday, forever 🤩 #diamonds #bespokejewellery #futureheirlooms #daisyknights https://ift.tt/2ZLnrox
