Slim pills/ Magic pills- There are many such magic pills in the market which guarantee an assured weight loss in 2-3 months. But many a times it was noticed that such products are not effective, have some side effects and are not good for health.
Eat heavy protein rich food everyday- A protein meal can help increase the feelings of fullness and reduces craving/hunger pangs for a longer period. The popularity of the protein food had led to the introduction of many brands of protein powders in the market.
Restricting food intake- One should make sure to have a fat free food/ low calorie food. Over dieting can also lead to many health problems like acidity, weakness, etc. A Balanced diet plan is highly recommended.
Controlling stress levels- As over stress would make your body to start release cortisol, a stress hormone that’s been linked to increased weight.
Avoid over consumption of sugary, salty and unhealthy foods (processed and fast foods) as they induce a rather instant gas and bloating problems.

Avoid eating food while watching TV. As many a times we end up eating more unconsciously while watching TV.
Eat food in small plates. As big plates can make the serving look smaller and you may end up adding more food.
Fast for at least one day in a week
Chew the food slowly (for at least 7-8 times before swallowing) as it decrease the urge of food intake and increase fullness. As fast eaters tend to eat more than slow eaters and are most likely to get obese.
Brushing right after each meal would help cut the cravings.
Eat small and frequent meals. Include more fresh vegetables and fruits in your daily diet.
Drink plenty of ice water to increase your metabolism.
Drinking warm water can also helps you shed some pounds, especially in the midsection of the body
Carb watching and calorie counting every day would make you more aware of how much you’re eating
