lucy was taking chunks out of the pizza as she listens in and watches the owl now perched on Arthur's shoulder. she points with one finger, " he's like - TOTALLY - a cutie. " ( though she leaves out asking his name for now , instead focused on stuffing her face. )

Freddy is leaning against the counter. his eyes drawn to his game , though he fidgets with his ninetendo switch , " did you know that owls can rotate their heads all the way around ? "

Lucy ignored him , " leave it , dude. " she smiled into the remaining bits of her pizza before explaining , " pinks totally in these days. just need to fix my chop job. " she pulled away at her hair , feeling embarrassed that she made such a mess , of course she didn't have much prior experience cutting her own hair previously. usually being taken to the mall for a salon visit for a trim , or maybe even to try bangs.

that was the most she had ever done for her hair and she enjoyed the idea of upsetting her aunt by getting a new color. MAYBE SHE'D BE CONFRONTED WHEN SHE GOT HOME , or maybe her aunt wouldn't even notice. since she seemed to be always busy with something , or another. at least, to a teenager, it felt like a perfectly good chance at rebellion.

Lucy felt her back slump as she leaned back. folding her arms after finishing eating , ". you seemed like you'd GET ME y' know ?? " she pointed at her hair - then - his , trying to point out the green in his hair. admittedly she also just thought he was COOL FOR AN ADULT.

" like - THANKS. " she said easily enough crossing through the path he opened for her. ducking under his arm to make her way into the house. HER EYES PASSING BY HIS INFANT'S, " hey little dude. " she offered to the kiddo. not quite sure if she'd get a response, her mind more focused elsewhere anyways.

hair, still bubblegum pink, with jaded pieces poking out here and there. she was good at adjusting, and easily found the kitchen after wrestling past their pets, " pizza - totally needed it. " she grabbed herself a slice. preferring the cold cheesy bread with pepperoni to microwaving it.

her eyes ducked down as her imaginary boyfriend entered the room. his glasses left on his nose even as he pushed them back over his eyes. Freddy had always been pretty introverted, but he was oogling her quietly the moment she first cut her hair, && applied that hair dye. saying that she looked like a celebrity, or an anime girl. she never understood his references, but he had trailed with her the whole way to Arthur's , " you think he has netflix? " Freddy asked.

" you think my aunt's --- gonna be pissed? " Lucy said instead. eyes looking around the room. Mapping out all the crooks and crannies, " she didn't see me leave. " she said that out louder for Arthur to hear.

" and . . . it's a look? " mentioning her hair. hands coming up to touch the strands. wrapping a small portion around her finger.

". yeah - you need to fix it. " freddy playfully jabbed at her. chuckling into his ninetendo switch.

Lucy experiences schizophrenia by seeing five boys that have all become her boyfriends though nobody else can see or hear them and her therapist sessions can revolve around them . . .

RILEY.

her first ever hallucinations started with a boy she called Riley. when she was sixteen years old , back when she first started dating him and officially being an item at nineteen. he is outspoken , cares for her safety , hates it when she drinks and tries to help her when she's feeling scared. he often appears as a nineteen year old ( aging with her ).

NATHAN.

he is her second boyfriend who appeared to her when she first started drinking at seventeen. they've been enseperable since. she fights with Nathan alot but he enjoys it when she parties and acts exhibited. he can be temperamental And he is nineteen years old. Typical frat boy / popular kid / jockey personality.

FREDDY.

he is her third boyfriend and is a bit of a nerd. he enjoys reading comics , playing video games, and keeping quiet ,but Lucy loves him a lot. he's introverted and nobody believed a party girl like Lucy would date a geek but especially not Nathan. he's nineteen years old.

HENRY.

he is a bit of a mystery, but he is considered to be a musician and he plays the guitar. he is Lucy's age and he's extroverted. he loves attention, and has made songs for Lucy.

TYLER.

he is your typical skateboarding beanie wearing loner type. he often shows up when Lucy is feeling sad, or distancy. He hates the world, the people, but he loves Lucy. He appeared to her when she was eighteen. He ages with her, and is her age.
