Ranma 1/2 Remake (2024) - Episode 3
I'm so happy with this remake so far... I like these scenes a lot! I appreciate the choice of ambience they have chosen to go with here, which I believe really elevates Akane's frustrations in this arc a lot, as well as the essence of Akane and Ranma's relationship. Akane who was feeling down & there's Ranma trying to get her attention by teasing her & having so much fun at that, when Ranma actually cares about Akane, figuring out why she's upset & shows it best the way he does. He doesn't realise yet how much bearing his antics & him always going after Akane to check on how she is feeling has on Akane.

Y'all Atalum and Rankane being represented as Rumiko Takahashi's iconic couples in the best way possible in 2024 because the new animation studios actually get the characters and make their original interactions even better and some original filler that fits them is such a blessing.
As much as I love the old anime because it was my first exposure to both of these series, there was some character assassination in both to make over the top comedy that hurt the characters more in the long run.
These new adaptations just show how much the people of Japan love her works and want to do justice to her stories because she is such an icon and she deserves it!
They are her fans who understand her characters, and I couldn't have been happier!
