              it wasn’t unusual for blaise to spend the night at his best friend’s place, in fact, lately he spent more time at her place than at his own. despite what people might think, he didn’t enjoy being alone, he just was quite selective of his company. brown orbs were focused on the television screen, his arm stretched over the back of the couch as long fingers ruffled absently through his own hair, a habit he never got over. the soft touch of rose’s fingers caught his attention and he shifted his dark gaze back to her, giving her a soft smile.“ what are you sorry about, silly?” he questioned, shaking his head as he reached to run his fingers along her sides, gently tickling her.“was that an excuse to touch me?” he teased.

           “  dunno ..  ”  she mumbles sheepishly, the colour of her cheeks only intensifying. eyes widen at the sight of fingers reaching for her sides.  “  blaise !  ”  his name comes out in a whine between her giggles as she squirms from his touch  —  always the ticklish type.  “  no, it was an accident,  ”   defending her actions halfheartedly, fingers wrapping around his wrist in an attempt to get his actions so seize.

plot where muse a got married waaaaaay too young and only a couple of years later his marriage is hanging onto a thread and muse b is a younger girl who is everything his wife isnt and he finds her interesting and she likes him bc hes older but not too old and hes mature too but she doesnt know hes married like imagine the smut between sexually frustrated i-havent-had-sex-with-my-wife-in-6-months muse a and muse b and the angst when muse b finds out that muse a is married

            “it’s cute that you’re denying it, but whatever.” maddox really couldn’t be bothered with pippa’s attitude at the moment. he’d come to the party to have a good time, and it wasn’t his fault that she wanted to nitpick everything about his behavior. “it’s a good thing that i’m making the decision and not you then, huh?” 

          “  you can’t just  ...  whatever, nevermind,  ”  pippa scoffs, tossing strands of her hair over her shoulder. not entirely sure why she was trying to pick a fight with the male, but there was some source of entertainment lingering along with it.  “  suppose so, personally i’d listen to the person with a brain.  ”

            the brunette could feel her entire body relax under the male’s touch, her brown hues fluttering shut for a moment so she could savor every second of that moment. nothing had ever felt so right for deanna, but every since he came around, it as if like everything had fallen into place. “you’re so biased, love.” she murmured under her breath, an amused giggle fall from her lips as her gaze focused on his handsome features.“but you’re not so bad yourself.” the female whispers, lifting her face from her pillow so she could steal a lazy kiss from his lips.

          “  i’m not i mean look at you,  ”  he persists with a soft grin,  “  if anything i’m lucky.  ”  and he was, trey felt that laying there with the female was a fantasy. a dream that he never wanted to wake up from. the smile widened with her lips against his, one hand finding it’s way to caress the back of her neck  —  holding their lips together for a moment longer before pulling away.  “  actually, i think i’m the luckiest guy.  ”

if there was one thing daxton romano was good at, it was starting a fight. “nah, clearly he wants a problem,” pulling himself away from her, he stood face to face with the male.

        “  goddammit,  ”   she hisses under her breath, fingers racing through her locks. lips pursing in a straight line, hesitating for a moment contemplating if she should just let him cause more of a scene.  “  daxton, come on  —  let’s just go,  ”  erin tries once again, eyeing the now lingering crowd.

giggling, she covered her mouth with her hand. widening her eyes once he spoke, she took a step back. “um, you know what? i don’t think so. i think you’re fine, really. it was an accident – nothing a washing machine can’t fix.”

             “  mhm,  ”  he notes tonelessly, already convinced on his own compromise. reaching for a paintbrush of his own�� —  treating it more like a weapon of mass destruction rather than a tool of artistry.  “  accident my now painted ass.  ”  warren scoffs, closing this distance with her.
