going off of the braces hc, there are many people who Know there are people who can remove them and Know that there are people who dispose of them and pay a pretty carbon for the pieces, but wear them almost as fashion statements anyways

I think it's a fashion statement is a very killjoy thing but you also have to consider that from eating and such braces break and it's really annoying to have broken metal in your mouth

a lot of killjoys leave the city when theyre teens so theres a large number of killjoys with braces that cant get them removed in the zones just.. living with it

I've never thought about this...as someone with braces they're pretty easy to remove so I bet there's someone who does it

Fun ghoul can glow in the dark. I hc that he used to live in zone 12 and when it disappeared he did too. And then reappeared 3 years later a beautiful radioactive green. Nobody knows what happened in those 3 years and he won't tell you

fun ghoul is like honest to god radioactive because he spent a couple years living like a feral cat in the desert alone. just him and the two headed lizards. it’d probably give him cancer in the future if he lived that long (he wont, no one in the zones does) but otherwise he gets to show off anytime someones got a geiger counter

I feel like that would also make him really warm blooded

If someone gets too cold they sit by ghoul and it's ok
