hi friend!!!<3 yay! this was actually a oneshot I had been working on a while back, about shepard needing to go to the hospital post-me3 and garrus spiraling because what the hell? this wasn't on a battlefield? this wasn't anything he could protect her from?

I actually really liked some parts of this and I would love to revisit it! it was almost done, but I think I would flesh it out a lot if I went back to it.

When Shepard’s heart stopped, they had been having a normal dinner.  Garrus replays the moment over and over again in his head, his own breath stuttering as she clutches her chest, face contorting in an unreadable expression and her hand in his tightening with an iron grip. He’s seen Shepard shot, stabbed, dangling from live ships, near drowned, and running off alone to face a Reaper head on, but no feeling of seeing her back turned away from him has ever come close to the helplessness of watching the woman he loves stop moving all together. It hadn’t been on the battlefield, or in a fiery explosion, but at a quiet restaurant, at a table for two with less than a single meter of space between them. Nothing he could stop, and nothing he could fix. She was telling him some silly story—something about something Williams had said at the gym the other day—and he had been busy not listening. Thinking about some relatively unimportant paperwork the primarch had requested him to look over, instead of focusing on Shepard. He kept holding her hand even as the paramedics arrived, an AED charged to restart her heart, and again as they loaded her into the ambulance. He was still holding her hand as they rolled her gurney through the hospital doors, straight to intensive care. “Sir! Sir, we need you to let go, now.” It’s the first time a voice has been directed to him since the first couple questions about her medical history when the EMTs arrived, and he almost flinches when he realizes what they’re asking of him. “I– I need to—” —go with her. …Or maybe help? Fix it? He needs to do something. Anything. “Sir, I’m sorry,” the nurse repeats. Her tone is sharp, requesting attention, but it’s all Garrus can do to keep his eyes keyed on Shepard’s pale white face. “She’s headed to intensive care for surgery. We’ll keep you posted if there’s any progress.” Garrus freezes, a cold chill sweeping down his spine. His moment of hesitation is enough for Shepard’s fingers to slide from his, and before he can move to grasp them again, the doors are already swishing closed in his face. He tries to follow but the lock blinks red at him, jeering and reviling. A condemnation in scarlet LED photons. She’s gone. Again. He messed it up and he can’t follow her. Again.

Rocketear but instead of Chat Noir, Nino thinks Alya is cheating with Marinette. He's still sad but more in the "Oh man, I knew it would happen eventually but I thought I had more time" kind of way. Whenever he tells someone he gets sympathetic pats on the back because to be honest they also expected it

I also wouldnt be surprised if it was a "too many chefs in the kitchen" sort of thing. Imagine every holder goes to every akuma because they are bored or want in on the action. It wouldn't be as efficient.

Huh, so Ladybug DOESN'T want the team transforming if it's an akumatized villain? I'm curious what the reason is.

Ladynoir Enemies AU:

For Answers Unknown

While we're all waiting for more Texting scenes to come out, I thought I'd share another AU I love working on: Ladynoir Enemies!

In this comic, Ladybug uses one of the suites in the Grand Paris Hotel as her "base" sometimes and forgot to hide her info board before Chat came over. Ladybug has been taking notes on what Chat says during akuma battles and writing down anything she thinks might be important to revealing many of the questions she has towards Chat. Why did he turn against her? What is the reason he wants her Miraculous? Is Hawkmoth threatening him and that's why he became a villain? Chat's refused to answer any of them.

I was hesitant to post these here since the way I've been drawing out these comics is on a very loose timeline. Not everyone likes things out of order, but OH WELL, we're doing this! Welcome to the Enemies AU chaos, Tumblr <3
