She is a book that doesn’t want to be read, See every time I try to open just the first page there’s a force disabling me from doing so, It’s been taking a little more work than I planned, Or sometimes it’s maybe the words don’t always make sense, Sometimes she makes it a little more difficult to comprehend, But I’ve never been one to give up. She is a glass half full with room to grow but she looks at herself half empty, ‘cause she has given parts of herself to people who stole them instead of shared them, I want to remind her of the greatness within her. She is a broken heart that I would die for to put the pieces back together, I want to find that girl she was before her heart got broken, but love the girl she is after and now and in the future. She is a tornado but I find the beauty in the path she creates, She is a tsunami but little does she know I never liked smooth sailing, Every storm has its ending. And at its end she will turn into a rainbow. She is a tree growing roots far deeper than anyone will ever see but let me be the soil surrounding them. Let me nourish them from the ground up, She is the deepest part of the ocean containing monsters within her that she is too afraid to show, She masks them only confronting them alone but I want to know them. Maybe I’m a fool but I want to meet each and every one of them and let them know it is safe to leave. Listen to all the shit she has been holding inside her, She is armor deflecting everything that comes her way, I want to break through and hold her. She’s so strong but so hidden. I don’t want her to hide from me. Maybe I will never be able to figure her out Maybe I will never completely understand her But I would do anything just to get close to her. And I will always love her.
