2nd Assignment Feedback
Fundamentals of sports coaching - Grade - 48% General Comments Dan you raise some good points around your session plan and also show an understanding of the LTAD. However you are not supporting your points and findings. The LTAD has also progressed and that should of been highlighted. You could of focused on of the ABCâs in your session looking to keep it aimed at the fundamental stage of the LTAD and this link needed to be highlighted in a stronger way. Looking back on the feedback I have taken into consideration what was said and used this in future assignments

Current Qualifications
I currently have no qualifications but I am looking to gain relevant qualification in the near future that will help me progress

You learn by student-centred activities, preferably unstructured where you have the opportunity to lead! You immerse yourself fully in new, immediate experiences. You are open-minded instead of sceptical and have an enthusiastic approach to anything new. Your days are filled with activity. You thrive not he challenge of new experiences but as soon as the initial excitement dies down you get busy looking for the next! You are social and love being surrounded by other people.
Above are the results of my learning styles questionnaire.
Looking back I agree with the outcome of the questionnaire, I believe I am a very open minded person as well as enthusiastic when it comes to new challenges in life that approach me. I also think I am quite sociable person and find it easier to communicate when in a group of peers. Â

PDP Assignment 1 Feedback
Instructor
Whilst you have met the learning outcomes, and
indeed gathered and applied some good points
and statistics have been used to support these,
it does become rather chatty in places: Try to
ensure you are applying the academic skills we
have covered\;
\format needs to be 1.5: references need to be
suitable and applied correctly. |The use of capital
'I' is needed and the use of colloquial words in
the text should not be used.
I do suggest you book in with L Martin to support
your structure, this will also help with grammar
and word choices.
The following comments are taken directly f rom
the grading grid and support the grade awarded:
Largely descriptive with only basic evidence of
development of lines of argument and evaluation
of the material/evidence.
Adequate use of a range of data/ techniques in
order to undertake critical analysis.
Good application of underlying concepts and
principles (within the context in which they were
first studied).
Information satisfactorily presented, structured
and communicated (to relevant audience);
references mostly accurate but some
deficiencies limited current and contemporary
resources explored.
Grade - 48%
Above is the feedback I was given for my first assignment for PDP. Looking back at it now I feel there were somethings I did well and places I could of improved.
Firstly I believe I grasped some of the concepts well and really understood them and showed this by using a number of references to back up what I was writing. I used a wide range of sources to find different information and read into them well before using them in my work. I also feel the structure of my work and the way it was set out was to a good standard. I kept all the relevant information together and in the same place. Finally the terminology I used In my work. I tried to not repeat myself in the sense of using the same words all the time and used a variation
Alternatively I feel I also could of done a lot better with the work in many areas. Firstly in some parts I didn't get straight to the point. I feel I waffled on at times and the things I was mentioning wasn't entirely relevant. so taking this into consideration for my next assignment could be a good step forward and possibly get a better grade. Another area I feel I slipped up on was critical analysis. Throughout the work there were times where I started to analyse critically but didn't follow up on it. Finally my punctuation and grammar let me down at points throughout. Before submitting my work it would of been beneficial to proof read it another 3 or 4 times before actually sending it off. the errors were only little things such as capital letters in wrong places and sometimes using commas instead of full stops but of course they all add up and affected my grade.
So In conclusion and taking into consideration all factors I feel I could of done a lot better than I did but by reflecting back on the assignment I can see the mistakes that I made and now know what I have to improve on to get a better grade.

I recently took a online personality test and here is my results
When looking at the outcome of the survey, there are some aspects I agree with but also on the other hand there are some parts I don't agree with, for example;
it said I am the following;
"Living in the present" "Naturally curious and optimistic" "Enthusiastic and fun loving" "Flexible and exciting" as well as other things. Those statements I agree with and think reflect how I am as a person. But when it came up as percentages the result came out as 3% for feeling. When seeing this I didn't fully agree with the result for the reason that I think I think about my feelings and take them into more consideration more often than not.

Introduction
I will use these blogs to track my progress as I become more professional and develop more as a coach. I will reflect on the skill I already have and ones I pick up along the way. I will also write about all the fantastic opportunities that have enhanced my progress as a coach and as a showcase to potential employers. According to (Miller and Morgaine 2009) "E- Portfolios are used by students to reflect on their strengths and weaknesses and from this they can strive to improve".
