Today peace began.
Yesterday I disconnected my self from the toxic people I had believed to have my best interest in mind.
Yesterday I realized I didn’t need to keep tabs on people who stabbed me in the back. Who lied to me countless times.
Yesterday began my freedom.

I saw you the other day, I became filled with rage and hatred for you, it lasted a few moments then I remembered. I remembered I am not like you, I didn’t have to tare someone down to make my self happy. I didn’t have to ruin someone’s future to make my self feel better. I REMEMBERED I AM BETTER THAN THAT AND YOU. I know I do not have to hurt another person to make me feel better about my life because I love my life and I am happy with it. I have to remind my self to breath when I see you because you may still make me angry as time goes on but I just have to BREATH and work through those emotions, and I can carry on. - T.N.I
