Sometimes I'm not sure if I do the things I do because I still choose to do them every time, or if I have gotten used to doing so. The thoughts I have; the activities I do in my free time; the meals I prepare and the ones I order at restaurants; the way my apartment looks; the clothes I buy and wear. Is this still who I am?
It's good to break out of your routines and try something new, maybe things you wouldn't have thought you'd like. To see how it feels.
