😫I’ve spent a lot of my life angry about one thing or another. Everything seemed to offend me. . ⚡️But I’ve come to realize something as crazy as it may seem: . ⚡️I can choose to be “unoffendable.” . ⚡️What does giving up our right to anger do? . ⚡️Giving up our right to anger makes us think about ourselves a lot less. . ⚡️It gives us an opportunity to be others-centered. . ⚡️When we start living this way, it changes everything. . ⚡️Does that mean we should never get angry? . ⚡️No… . ⚡️We will get angry; it happens; we’re all human with real emotions. . ⚡️But when it happens we can choose to let it go. . ⚡️Even though we don’t like to admit it, we like being angry. . ⚡️We may not always like what caused the anger, but we like having something to hold over others. . ⚡️So-and-so did something and now I’ve got them. . ⚡️Anger always seems justified. But at the end of the day, anger is just another emotion.
