Actually incorrect! The bit where "Naruto chooses work over his family" is in the first short arc of boruto. The actual story was that he was a very present and loving father before becoming hokage, where he had to learn to adjust work/life balance. At the end of the arc, he figures it out. A huge part of the anime as a whole is Naruto wanting to choose family over duty, which he does!

Please read the manga or watch the anime, this is a talking point that has been completely debunked for years now.
