DENALI 4K from Taylor Gray on Vimeo.
Autumn is one of the most beautiful times to visit Denali National Park. Shades of red, yellow, and green cover the mountain sides while bears, moose, and Dall’s sheep can be seen wandering across the landscape. And as the season starts to transition into winter, passing storms leave the highest mountain peaks with a light dusting of snow, while the northern lights can be seen dancing across the sky on clear nights. After spending just three days around Denali last September, I put this short film together showcasing the park’s impressive landscapes and weather patterns during this time of year. Please enjoy “Denali,” and let me know what you think!
Equipment: Nikon D750 Nikon D800 Induro Tripods DJI Phantom 4 Pro*
*All aerial footage was shot outside of Denali National Park.

Fishing Photography: Tech Tip: Getting the Shot with Corey Rich: AdoramaTV from AdoramaTV on Vimeo.
Part of the fun of photography is getting out to a great location and not being afraid to get your feet wet—or even your camera. In this Tech Tip, photographer and director Corey Rich uses an AquaTech Delphin D4 Sport Housing with zoom control and a Nikon D4s to create a dynamic split-level fishing photograph.
Corey will show you a few tricks, such as how to prevent water debris from forming on the housing and messing up your focus, to using lube to ensure a water-tight seal that will protect your camera, to why you will want to shoot wide in underwater situations. With the right equipment and creative direction, you’ll no longer have to be afraid to get your feet wet and the result will be some really dynamic images from the next time you head out to the river, ocean, lake or backyard swimming pool.

WHY I FISH with Sydney Cortright from dan shetron on Vimeo.
We should all be so fortunate to have a passion in life—a feeling that’s bigger than us, something that helps define us. For me, it’s fly fishing, something I found a couple years ago in a time when I wanted to quiet my thoughts, connect to nature, and reconnect to my childhood passion.
When I met Syd through the fly fishing community, I knew I wanted to make a visual representation of her story. She’s one of the only women in fishing I’ve met, and the story of how she got into it (and why she continues) moved me deeply. This is her story—why she fishes.

Welcome to Beaver School! from Aleksander Domanski on Vimeo.
In May, the children of Batheaston Primary School were challenged to create river-inspired artwork to dress the auditorium for an evening of talks at the UK’s first Beaver Festival: “The River, the Willow and the Beaver’s Tail (Tale)”. This short film tells that tale.
Led by artists marian hill and Julie Starks, the children created collages and willow weaving sculptures of beavers, mayflies and stoneflies, built lodges and wrote stories about beavers. These iconic creatures and their habitats need their own space in our cultural narrative in order to encourage their protection. Some, like canaries, are highly vulnerable to environmental pollution.
Our hope is that the legacy of this festival will endure and grow into conservation gains to protect the river Avon’s delicate and strained ecosystem. Schools are the perfect melting pot of creativity, curiosity and passion that turn stories into questions, and questions into actions.
We are grateful to the students and staff of the school for making this collaboration such a success, and to BANES, Batheaston PC and other organisations for supporting the project. Beaver Trust Avon Wildlife Trust The Wildlife Trusts Bristol Avon Rivers Trust @ilcp_photographers

Awake from Zach.Rogers on Vimeo.
"Awake" has been a passion project of mine since 2013.
I could write a novel outlining my experiences while shooting this film but I won't subject everyone to that. So to keep it "short", these have been some of the best, worst and most important parts of my life for the last four years. I've made lifelong friendships, seen more than I ever thought existed and have had more bad luck than I knew was possible. I'm not the same person I was when I left Michigan (I'm three years older than that person actually)
Music: If Stars Could Speak - Alexandr Fullin
Want some stats? Everyone likes stats.
"Awake" is comprised of 6,870 photographs which were selected out of roughly 50,000 photographs from two main cameras of which one is now on its deathbed. RIP
Software Used: Lrtimelapse lrtimelapse.com/ Adobe Creative Cloud adobe.com/ Davinci Resolve blackmagicdesign.com

This is me – My other life as a photographer from Lars Schneider on Vimeo.
This is a short and personal piece about my life as a photographer, when I am not on assignment, shooting for clients in the outdoor, travel or lifestyle industry. In February 2016 a camera followed me on a trip to the beautiful Faroe Islands shooting landscapes in medium format, enjoying wild nature and a harsh environment that creates a scenery and mood that I love for photos and that makes me feel very alive. But see for yourself. I hope you'll enjoy it ...
