I think a lot about how Worker ENA's outfit was inspired by a kids edutainment show, and am surprised no one has played with that idea! I'LL DO WHAT I MUST.

ENA and Froggy are roommates, and both are cast in this kids show, lots of dancing and musical numbers and keeping fit, etc. Coral is like. stage director/some sort of middle managerial position tasked with keeping things running smoothly. Generally does well but has to get on Ena for her silly antics holding up production. (or getting on her case for trying to push through a health flare up. ENA sounds difficult to work with.)
