Metal Gear Solid V

I’m a huge fan of the Splinter Cell saga. Since I bought my Xbox One I’ve been waiting for a remake of any of the Splinter Cell games.

This sort of espionage games could be a piece of cake or a pain in the ass. It depends on the skills you have as a “ninja” (It’s funny that I talk about ninja skills when my weight is 250 pounds)

So... I know the MGS (Metal Gear Solid) saga from the 1998′s self titled game. I was not a huge fan because I was 4 years old when I started to play it. Then, I bought the Xbox first generation and started playing the Splinter Cell Saga from the self titled to the Double Agent and I started with this fanaticism of the espionage games.

MGSV: Ground Zeroes

Since the beta release of MGSV: Ground Zeroes I had the click with the new era of MGS. HD graphics, realistic physics, HQ audio, useful espionage tools, etc. The only thing I hate about this game is the tiny map. I also hate the path from the prision to the extraction point. More than once I face with this problem:

But, man, the name of the game includes the slogan “Tactical espionage operations” so the players must be prepared for everything that comes up.

MGSV: The phantom pain

This one is pretty huge. Has a big map to explore and lots of side ops that, in some cases, are more difficult than the main missions.

Around the fourth or fifth chapter, Snake extract a wolf’s puppy. By this point is very funny how the puppy interacts with the extraction:

Then, after to complete a couple of missions, I went back to mother base and there was a pretty cute scene [cute puppy alert]

As Ocelot said, DD will become a useful character of the game, on another entry I will talk about this...

The realism of the game is such that DD will grow as the days goes by.

So,meanwhile Snake is kicking assess, Ocelot is training DD as shown in the next capture

But, going back to the Snake action. This fella is kicking a lot of asses in different ways. I saw a lot of videos that shows how to clear an outpost using the Rambo way or using an ultra silent mode without using any weapon, only CQC. This is the better part of the game, you choose how to be Snake.

DOOM

If anyone of you’ve played the gorgeous game DOOM for sure you see a lot of “satanic” symbols through the game. Starting with the “loading screen”

But man, come on. In the game you’re against a hell-demon rebelion in Mars and hell.

I always love each one of the symbols I found on the way, but particulary, I fall in love with this one:

It comes from the ancient sumerians and means “Rip and tear” but in the game is the symbol of the Doom Slayer a.k.a. the protagonist.

It’s kind of creppy how the game use this symbol. I mean, through the game you can see runes with this symbol on green and you can touch it

You can hear a “demon” voice talking to yourself about the Doom Slayer.

This game is fucking great. If you’re looking for a gory FPS experience with a lot of demons to defeat adn really huge maps this game will make you happy.

Halo: Master Chief Collection - Halo 3 ODST

I’m concerned about this Sangheili symbols. All of this is happening on Halo 3: ODST.

I was reading that those symbols probaly refers to the Sangheili writing down their path through New Mombasa.

Other people say those are encrypted Covenant messages...

I’m really concern about it, but I love that kind of stuff.
