Thereâs no difference between being aware OF your desired reality and being aware IN your desired reality



When I say: âbecome aware of your DR,â what happens? Instantly, you think about it. You picture your DR world, your friends, your significant other, the places youâll go, your DR self, your desires, your entire life there. Itâs automatic.
But the moment I say: âbecome aware in your DR,â your brain glitches. It panics. It starts grasping at straws: âWait, I canât be aware in my DR. Iâm not there. Iâm here in my CR.â
Okay, letâs flip it. If I say: âbecome aware of your CR,â what happens? Instantly, youâre aware of your current reality. You look around, you notice the room, the air, your body, your thoughts, your desires, your beliefs, everything.
Now if I say: âbecome aware in your CR,â what do you do? You shrug, âWell, duh, Iâm here.â You look around, you observe your awareness in your current reality, and itâs obvious.
But thatâs the trick: thereâs no difference between âaware ofâ and âaware inâ when it comes to your CR, right?
I say: âbecome aware of your CRââyou look, youâre aware of everything. I say, âbecome aware in your CR,â same thing. Youâre aware of everything, from within.
Now watch how your logic crumbles:
I say: âbecome aware of your DR,â and you instantly observe it; your DR house, city, life, desires. I say, âbecome aware in your DR,â and suddenly you freeze, thinking thereâs a separation when there isnât.
Thereâs no difference. If you can be aware of it, you can be aware in it, because vantage point = location. Your brain only freaks out because itâs clinging to the illusion of separation. Let it go, and watch how naturally your vantage point clicks into your DR.
Why is this true? Because of who you are. Or rather, what you are.
If you shove your thumbs in your ears and cover your eyes with your palms, the world goes dark and silent. You canât hear. You canât see. Sure, you might still feel the chair under you, your feet against the floor, but⌠can you really? You canât see your feet. You canât hear the room. All thatâs left is your awareness.
Even if you lie down with a blindfold, drowning yourself in white noise, how can you know youâre still here? What makes you so certain youâre in this reality at all? What if it's an illusion? Strip away vision, sound, touch, taste, scentâwhat remains? Awareness.
But can you get rid of that? Can you escape it the way you can shut your eyes or plug your ears? Try it. Right now. Try to get away from your awareness.
You canât. Itâs the only thing that never leaves you, never changes, never flickers out when the lights go off. You may be unconscious while asleep, but youâre still aware in dreams and liminal states.
Your awareness is the last frontier, the only constant, the unmovable observer behind every single illusion you take for âreality.â You can play with illusions, poke them, dance with them, but you will never, ever outrun your own awareness. Thatâs why itâs your power. Thatâs why shifting is inevitable. Because awareness goes where you observe, and where you observe, you are.
You can trick yourself into thinking you are your reality. That youâre your thoughts, your sight, your hearing, the way your skin feels against the air. But take all of that away. Silence the sounds. Close your eyes. Still your body. Strip it all down until thereâs nothing left to sense, nothing left to grab onto.
Now what are you? Who are you? All thatâs left is awareness.
You are not your thoughts. Not your sensations. Not the room around you. You are what sees the thoughts, what notices the sensations, what observes the room. Thatâs all youâve ever been. Thatâs all youâll ever be. The unkillable, unmovable, untouchable observer that remains when every illusion of reality is peeled away.
Your beliefs, your religion, your viewsâLaw of Assumption, non-duality, Neville, philosophy, anything. Whatâs observing them? Even the idea that thereâs a âyouâ who observes them, that thereâs an ego, a thinker, a personalityâwhatâs aware of that?
Awareness.
Awareness is the constant through every concept of existence you can possibly imagine. It is present in every state, every identity, every ideology. Itâs the constant in the ever-twisting kaleidoscope of everything else you think you are and all you will ever be.
If you believe in other universes, how will you live them, move in them, know youâre there? Awareness.
If you think about other dimensions, alien physics, or realities we canât yet imagineâwhat is it that would let you experience any of that? Awareness.
What could tell you something is real, if not the fact that you are aware of it? Strip it all down, and what are you, if not only awareness?
Nothing else remains, and nothing else can be proven to remain. You can lose your thoughts, your sight, your sense of touch, your sense of who you are. You can lose your mind. But you canât lose awareness. Itâs the one thing you can never get away from.
Which begs the question: If awareness is the only thing you can never lose, the only thing you cannot disprove, then what does that make everything else? What is everything else, if not illusion?Â
And most importantly: what are your abilities as awareness?
Awareness is the only thing you can control completely. I say: âBecome aware of your phone,â and boom, your mind flicks to your phone. Even if your phone isnât in the room, you still know where it is. You feel the concept of it.
I say: âBecome aware of your bed,â and your awareness drifts there, no questions asked. âBecome aware of your heartbeat,â and suddenly you notice it hammering away, even though you werenât aware of it a second ago.
But the moment I say: âBecome aware of your DR,â you start crashing out, spiraling, choking on the idea that you âcanât see it.â
But letâs break your brain again. When I told you to become aware of your phone, you didnât need to physically see it. You knew it existed, you knew it was yours, you knew you could call on its presence internally, even if it wasnât in your hand.
 When I tell you to become aware of your lungs, you canât see them, but you know theyâre there, working for you, right now. So why is your DR any different?Â
Awareness does not require proof. Awareness is the proof. If you can become aware of your DR, even if you âcanât see it,â it doesnât matter. You just became aware of it. Which means you have it.
Just like itâs impossible to intend to do something without that action producing its outcomeâitâs impossible to observe something and not see it. Observation is seeing.
The only reason you believe youâre not in your DR is because you worship your senses as gods, forgetting that your senses themselves exist inside your awareness. Awareness is the canvas; senses are just brushstrokes.
Youâre stuck because you think âawarenessâ means âI can physically see, touch, hear it.â No. Awareness means you know itâs there, because you decided to observe it. You donât âseeâ your liver, but you know itâs yours. You donât âseeâ your thoughts, but you know theyâre there. You donât âseeâ the air, but you breathe it.
So letâs take this further:Â Your DR is exactly like your phone across the room. If I say, âBecome aware of your DR,â you can do it, because you know itâs there. The glitch comes when you realize:
If you are aware of your DR, you are aware in your DR.
The only thing stopping you from experiencing your DR fully is the illusion that âproofâ needs to come first, when in reality, awareness is the engine that generates experience.
Remember: the proof is not the outcome, it is the intention (action) to have that outcome.
Itâs something you can never escape, in my opinion. The law that action produces outcome.
Every action you take produces an outcome. Always. Even if you were in a universe where action didnât produce outcomes, the outcome of your action would simply be that it had no outcomeâ
which is still an outcome.
Thereâs no loophole here. So what does this mean? What you are aware of as awareness produces. What you observe, is. Assumptions, attraction, Law of Assumption, Law of Attraction, every system and model of manifestationâthese are all just different methods of observing.
Because when you observe something, you are taking the action of observationâ and that action must have an outcome. And that outcome is: What you observe, becomes.
Youâll come across methods, laws, rules, recycled views, repackaged pathways, endless ânew techniquesâ in your shifting journeyâ all of them wanting the same thing: to live in another reality, to be aware in another reality. But pause. Look deeper.
Even if you believe in infinite universes and timelines, or that everything is consciousness, thereâs a constant: awareness. What lets you observe, what lets you experience life in another universe if youâre a multiverse believer? Awareness.
What lets you experience life itself if you believe all is consciousness? Awareness. So why are you trying so hard to âbecome awareâ in another reality when awareness is always constant, always present, always here?
All sensations you craveâsight, touch, taste, soundâexist inside your awareness. They do not exist outside of it. Why are you trying to get it so desperately by repeating âI am aware in my DR,â when the fact you are aware is already enough? The only thing telling you youâre not there, that you havenât shifted, that itâs not workingâis illusion.
But illusion cannot hold you hostage. Illusion is malleable. And the instant you become aware of the illusion, recognize it as illusion, the illusion dissipates. It has no power over awareness. It never did. And it never will.
âAware ofâ = âAware inâ because the field you are aware of is the field you are in.
If youâre aware of your CR, your awareness is observing CR. Where is your awareness located if itâs observing CR? Inside CR. To be aware of a system is to operate within that systemâs parameters. If you werenât âinâ it, you couldnât be âofâ it. There is no separation between observation and participation in awareness.
Awareness is both the container and the content.
Everything you think of as âexternal realityâ occurs within your awareness. Your body, your room, your surroundingsâthese are in your awareness, not the other way around. Therefore, âawareness ofâ = âawareness in.â You canât be aware of something without being in it experientially.
In sum:
If you can be aware of your DR, that awareness is occurring in your DR, because where else would the observation take place? âBut I donât see my DR environment.â Sight is not the indicator of being in your DRâsight is just one sensory stream within awareness. Your observation of the DR is happening within the DR context because awareness is the substrate of reality.
⢠You believe âaware of DRâ = separation, and âaware in DRâ = presence. But thereâs no mechanism proving theyâre different:
⢠âAware of DRâ requires you to have a vantage point where the DR is observable.
⢠âAware in DRâ simply acknowledges that vantage point.
Iâm pulling a little bit from non-duality here, but if you believe in reality shifting and instant manifestation like I do, Iâm sure you can follow along when I say that: the perceived separation between observer and observed is an illusion.
The perceived separation between the person who wants the desire and the person who has their desire is an illusion.
Once you accept that âaware ofâ = âaware in,â the illusion collapses.
It all falls back to how you can only want what you already have.
Try to âwatchâ a dream without being inside the dream vantage point. You canât. Try to âobserveâ your DR without your vantage shifting there. You canât. Even if your mind says, âIâm not there,â your vantage point is there, or else you couldnât be aware of it at all.

you know what irks me that i see happening in the shifting community?? this entire concept that you have to be this sort of perfect zen master or totally healed to shift. come on? seriously. no one's strolling around 100% present and centered 24/7. i see this as procrastination almost, making it all glossed and deceptive so you won't have to actually do the work. ???? there will always be some random part of you to improve on bcs you are human.
i swear i've shifted when i was a hot mess !!!!!!!!!!!!!! exhausted, stressed, unfocused, literally feeling like i had no control. and guess what? it still worked. but some of you get caught up in this mentality "oh no i'm not ready yet, i gotta get everything sorted first, gotta meditate for hours, gotta be perfect" like??? noooo. stop waiting around for it.
how can you possibly be ready when you're literally waiting to get ready?? with this mindset, there always something to do. something to script. a piece of content to absorb like a mad man. itâs endless. it's a trap. a mindfuck.
and it's just so infuriating bcs it makes shifting feel like this enormous impossible mountain instead of this simple thing that you're already doing but don't want to acknowledge. you can be messy, mad, even afraid.
there's no such thing as the so called "perfect" moment or place. stop holding yourself captive to it. pls. just jump into it already.. stop standing in the way with your own "i'm not ready, i have to script blah blah blah" horse crap.????
like i just want to yell at times. shifting doesnât require you to be ready at. all. it's about doing it regardless. just shift. that's it.

can we start tagging those "how to shift" posts with a specific and consistent tag so those of us who know how to shift can just block it? like yes i understand i can scroll past it, i do, but am i the only one that gets stressed out because "what if im missing some secret tip i didn't know i needed until now??" and other thoughts like such. i'm not saying these thoughts are anyone's fault but my own, certainly not, but i'm saying it because it would help new shifters in finding posts like that as well as allowing shifters who know how to shift the ability to scroll past quicker since those types of posts can be quite long, even when shortened by tumblr
unless somehow ive just glossed over it 10 billion times?? which is also possible. if that's the case, can someone tell me what this tag is?

i always wondered why i didnt see more therian/otherkin/nonhuman shifters because you really think there'd be more of us. of course, not all of us want to become who we feel we are for one reason or another, but surely some of us had to have become shifters!
being a nonhuman shifter is not for the weak, man...
shifting is not a "human" experience, its just an experience. if i can shift to my animal dr and come back, an animal is shifting. not everyone wants to be or is human. nonhumans shift too. please don't forget about us

yes this is exactly the kind of stuff im talking about!! if we see others who are assholes or have powers that depend on less than healthy things, then there's a reality where we are those things too. and if we're going to say all realities are equal, those versions of you aren't any less valid. if you feel connected to that, no one can take that away from you
if you believe that everything is savory, then everything is savory for you. but please don't rat on those of us who embrace the unsavory or inconvenient. we're still shifters, and we're still a part of this community
you're allowed to be anxious in your dr btw
you can be shy, snarky, not photogenic in the slightest, struggle with severe mental illnesses, be an asshole on the outside but be deeply hurt on the inside, be strange, off-putting, alarming, have really bad self esteem, have a painfully bad sense of direction, a full on asshole, have no guilt towards anything, be unacceptable, be unpalatable, be disabled, be quite literally anything you want, feel like you should be, or should still be
i can't stop you, but i also can't say with confidence that other people will agree. i can't guarantee people won't try to change you, but that's because i don't know what kind of reality you'll be in. i don't know what kind of people you'll be around
i say this just to remind you that you have every option available to you, and these versions of you already exist. why should we let one reality dictate how we are in all realities? and although yes, i do heavily advise you to research what you can, especially if it involves marginalized identities and communities that you aren't a part of in this reality, everything is your choice in the end

doesnt sound silly at all. i was born with a disease that required me to get a feeding tube at a really young age so that's all i knew for a large majority of my life. did it suck ass? oh yeah absolutely. but i also choose to keep that experience for my past because it impacted me pretty heavily, so thats the only thing i know. this disease impacts the way i interact with the world and how others interact with me, so i dont know any different. i dont want any different. and thats only one of the disabilities im keeping! im keeping pretty much everything i was born with and making it work on my alternate body because in one way or another, they all fall into that category of "it impacted me so much, its hard to imagine a life without it."
youre allowed to keep your disability, its yours. if you think you'd feel worse if you scripted it out, then keep your deafness. its your journey, your body, your disability, your reality, your choice.
and if you still cant choose, the beauty of shifting allows you to change realities at any time. want to try out having full hearing in both ears for a day? have at it. want to still be hard of hearing but not quite as much as before? yep you can do that too. basically, you have the choice and you got the time.
Leaving disabilities in or out? yay or nay?
This probably only applies to a minority of shifters, but Iâll still ask:
Do you guyâs script your disabilities out or leave it in? Because I personally am a bit conflicted if I should leave it out. If you donât know, Iâm half deaf since birth (due to unknown reasons) so Iâve never known how it is to hear through both ears and it comes obviously with a lot of struggles but also small advantages (I only need to cover one ear if its get loud or I can sleep quietly) but I donât know if Iâm ready to just script it out and I know it may sound silly but even if its a disability its apart of my identity and honestly Iâll glady be deaf in every reality. Surely someone can relate.

you're a character from your s/o's favorite show, and they're absolutely obsessed with you. they self ship with you, they make fan content of you, and they're seen as your #1 fan by the fandom. one day, they found out about manifestation and do their best to manifest YOU, even if they have doubts in their mind. through some random method (teleport, turn from their plush to full form, bump into them), you appear. their dream come true.

manifestation can be however you like
you don't need to affirm, persist, visualize, live in the end, robotically affirm, or write down affirmations in a journal to confirm your desire is already yours. neither do you need to detach, let go, or enter the sabbath state.
you can do whatever you want to manifest your desires, and the same goes for shifting. you don't need a method or any special technique. if you're doing something that feels right, that feels enough, then stick to it. you don't need to step out of your comfort zone or put in effort to get what you want. manifestation is effortless and supposed to be fun. don't force yourself to do something you aren't enjoying.
i just manifested a vape out of the blue, even though the environment in my 3d was such that i would most likely not get one. i didn't detach, i didn't do anything extra. in fact, i was obsessed with my desire (nic cravings are NOT fun guys..). i was doubting, i was wavering. i was starting to think i wouldn't get it at all. still, i manifested to the best of my ability. listened to subliminals, acted like i already had it (just a few times) and felt the joy and relief of a nic buzz before actually having one. that's literally all i did. i was so obsessed and couldn't "detach" or "let go" like i normally do, and i still got it. this goes to show that there's no ideal mindset, no ideal state, no ideal technique for shifting and manifesting. you can literally do anything, or do nothing, and still get your desire. as long as you do what you like without taking the fun away from the process, i assure you that you'll get your desire. there's no one way to manifest or shift. i literally just shifted to this parallel cr where i have my desire in under an hour. i decided, and so i received. if i can do it, so can you my friend ;)

Controversial but, sometimes REALLY shitty circumstances matter... In some way. Let me explain, most of the shifters say let go of the outcome and.. do something, and shifting will be easy, but people with shitty circumstances can't really do that, people with extremely shitty circumstances ALWAYS overthink and thinking of the outcome. "What if I won't shift? Gosh is it working? I'm still here... Will my manifestation work??? If not I'm done for..." and so on and so on. What would you recommend? Like if person needs like really needs to shift but can't seem to budge. And don't attack me please sending lots of love
No, youâre completely right. Itâs really harmful when people say âcircumstances donât matterâ and leave it at that, expecting everyone to just ignore their reality and manifest their way out of horrific situations.
When youâre in survival mode, your nervous system is on high alert and of course you canât stop checking if youâre still âhereâ or worrying about outcomes. Telling someone âjust let go, stop checking, youâre delaying your shiftâ when theyâre dealing with fear, instability, or danger can become another layer of pressure and guilt, which worsens that cycle.
How do you tell a kid in an abusive household to âignore your 3D, it doesnât matterâ? Or someone battling an eating disorder âOh, just ignore your circumstances, you already have the perfect body.â Or someone whoâs getting bullied, or living in poverty âJust ignore it, itâs not real.â How does that help them in the moment? It doesnât.
I never say âpretend your reality doesnât exist, and if you canât do that, itâs your fault youâre stuck.â
Thatâs not what it means. It means: whatever youâre facing right now, you are bigger than it, you are more powerful than it, and you have everything inside you to overcome it, be it physically, spiritually, practically, whatever path you take.
If youâre in a truly shitty circumstance, you donât have to lie to yourself that itâs ânot happening.â You can acknowledge it while also knowing youâre not defined or limited by it, and you can shift, manifest, and build your way outâwhether thatâs shifting realities, taking physical action, or both.
Itâs about taking the pressure off yourself. That pressure to be perfect, to think that if you slip up once or have a single anxious thought, youâve âruinedâ your manifesting. Itâs about letting go of the fear that every bit of wavering will sabotage everything. When you drop that pressure, everything flows a bit smoother. You give yourself the space and grace to go at your own pace, to be human, and to keep moving forward without punishing yourself for not being âperfect.â And that alone can open the door to letting things shift more easily.
Your feelings are valid, your fear is valid, and your urgency is valid. It doesnât mean you canât shift. It just means your path may look different, and itâs okay to take it one breath at a time, one tiny shift in perspective at a time without guilt.

Peace is when you wake up and don't start crashing out because you already know you shifted.
Peace is when you stop checking the 3d.
Peace is when you don't let the doubts linger.
Peace is when you stop saying "I will shift" and instead say "I already shifted"
And peace is when you accept that shifting is inevitable. You're not waiting. You have it.
