What causes jealousy, is your essence, your energy, how you carry yourself, your aura, the way you manage your values in life. Those things that make you shine and that no one can ever turn off.

You form relationships with different aspects of yourself through your interactions with other people. This is a way to facilitate the integration of all of your reflections into one, unbroken whole. Pure love can only exist through the divine recognition embraced in each other as unique, differentiated expressions of the One Source behind all things.

You are not a drop in the ocean.

Only love has the healing power to transform all of our negative, fear-based thoughts and emotions back into the unbroken field of bliss. When we choose to give our attention and energy to F.E.A.R. (False Expectations Appearing Real), we are unable to trust in the sacred wisdom that flows abundantly from our divine source.

It is important to have spiritual (awakened) relationships in our lives. Bringing the light of presence to each other is the closest thing to experiencing ‘heaven on earth’.

You are the entire ocean (Universal Life-Energy) that is momentarily expressing itself as an individual ‘wave’ (a human being). When you choose to identify solely as a separate wave (personal I) rather than seeing yourself as oceanic consciousness, you will experience suffering. Suffering lets us see where our identifications and attachments are in order for us to release them and be free.

When the wave realizes that it is already one with the ocean, it will have nothing to fear because at the deepest level it is simply a part of the whole and can never be destroyed. All waves (you and I) are the innumerable expressions that arise out of this One Life Intelligence, momentarily ‘waving’ as you and me.
