Tomy was in his right to say that her first kiss was his. Leon kissed her against her will. Also he used her to revenge for Ludmila. And manipulated her into thinking she doesn't love Tomy. Tomas just tried to make her realize that Leon is nothing but a manipulator and she truly loves only him

Also, no one owns first kisses. You can’t just call dibs on being someone’s first kiss. ”Leon kissed her against her will” ok so why did Violetta like it? Why did she come home happy and giddy after the kiss? She has been kissed against her consent in the show and it’s very clear when she has liked it and when she hasn’t. Kissing Leon for the first time was a happy memory for her.
