The First Blog!!
Good morning everyone and welcome to Blog #1!
....Okay, so that was a little cheesy. But still! The big #1!
To be honest, I am what one would call a procrastinator. I have had my site set up for the better part of a month or so now. I just have been putting off writing that first blog. Some of my many excuses consisted of: "Oh, I'll just get to it later today..." "I'm murdering right now. Tomorrow I'll write it!" (Of course... I wasn't REALLY murdering... Just murdering in Assassin's Creed!), or one of my favorites, "I don't know what to write for my first blog!!"
In fact, I was just telling someone back in November that I didn't know if I should write up a list of things I'm thankful for, because that's what everyone was doing and I wasn't sure I wanted that to be my first blog! Apparently I tend to make things more difficult than they really should be!
Back to the present! I am now sitting at my desk at work and I am doing this the old fashioned way. Yep! Pen and paper! And let me tell you, it's not been an easy task with trying to write in between phone calls. At this rate it'll take all day!! (It didn't, mind you. I was done by 1 pm!)
I promise this is not going to become like a diary, guys. I will post more interesting stuff. I just thought, you know... I better just start writing or I'll never do it! This is just what's coming out today. I promise, it won't all be boring!
So here's what I'd like from you all! (All 5 of you that decided to keep reading, that is!) I want to blog about not only things that are important to myself, but things that are important to you all as well. So please, if you have something that you'd like to know my views on, let me know either via facebook, email: [email protected], skype: debsy27, or by twitter: dconley1987. I am really interested to know what sorts of questions or topics you all have for me and I look forward to some challenges! I am going to try to blog at least once a week, but I don't know how well I will be able to keep up with that. Here's hoping for the best!
