Author’s notes:

This is more or less the continuation of my previous doujin. I rewatched the anime, and I was infatuated that it features so many scenes that we didn't get from the original manga (Hiei was even only seen once in a tiny panel during the tournament...). So this doujin simply showcased my imagination of what (sfw) HieixKurama moments could happen, based on the anime.

I also received in depth inputs from the YYH fandom's discord about Hiei and Youko's complicated relationship, which I'm very thankful for.

I'm rereading the manga and I wonder if the power system affects the way people (or youkai) do intercourse. It must be connected, right? Through this doujin I wish to capture the intensity, just like how they fight.

Even though I ship Hiei x Kurama, I'm trying to be careful not to portray Kurama too weak (I mean he's strong af) but I imagine it must be still a struggle for him to be the receiving end, moreover with a human body.

So I found a bunch of YYH fan arts that I drew when I was around 12 year old, all dated in 2008! I wonder what was going on then. Nothing after or before. (thankfully I was a good enough kid to date them). So here are some curated ones (there a lot more, but mostly unfinished).

I make this post to honor the 12 years old me. (Although she might be pissed, why don't you move on already??)

I made this around 2014. I remember I hated it, maybe that why it’s never published and hidden under the private post of my tumblr. But know it actually looks quite good, so I went ahead and made it public. -2023

My parents are supportive. They let me choose what do I want to be. When I said I want to be an artist, they are fine with it. But I know, deep inside, they’re not. I can tell they are not interested in my artworks at all. Father is not pleased with the portrait I drew him for his 52nd birthday. Mother is annoyed everytime I ask her to buy me some supplies.

Maybe it’s just in my head. But it’s frightening to think that I might keep on disappointing them and I might not even get close to thanking them properly for everything they’ve done. I want to buy my dad’s dream car, landrover. I want to buy my mom lots of guccis and lvs so she won’t need to buy the fake ones anymore. I wonder if it will ever come true.
