“I don’t know who let you in here, but you should be thankful I am in a decent enough mood.”  Of course, once his guard arrives, Claude immediately orders him to get rid of her.

         “That … I can’t deny.”  The woman had come here as per a summons.  All ‘able-bodied men and women’ they had claimed.  A renowned mercenary she may have been,  but they had still asked her to wait in the gardens.  Not that she minded.  The place was beautiful.  “You can call me Chris is you like.  What about you?”  

“You must be as dumb as you look.” To speak to him with such familiarity.. it was disgusting. The Emperor looked upon her with disdain, deeming this encounter as good a reason as any to punish her.

“I will call you as I wish, and you will learn respect for your Emperor.”  He had half a mind to strike her where she stood, and yet, such a thing was far below him.
