last year @c-rowland asked if they could bind gig officially gigged, and offered to make me a copy too! this is the first physical copy of my fic I've ever owned and I love it. Today I had a rare free day of sun, so I took it for a walk in the footsteps of Edwin and Charles around King's Cross St Pancras:

St Pancras piano: while I was taking these shots, there were actually two boys taking turns playing the piano. They were extremely good! Shortly after this they ran away towards the Gatwick Express

Regent's Canal: you can't really see because of the focus but there is a little black duck floating on the canal next to the book's edge

Queer Britain: Oscar Wilde's cell door is no longer here, as it has returned to the National Justice Museum

St Pancras Old Churchyard: the Hardy Tree fell over in December 2022; the stump with the gravestones among its roots is still there, albeit fenced off, and is slowly being overgrown by brambles. I sat on a bench next to it reading my copy of gig officially gigged and listening to Welcome to the Black Parade, which is quite something to experience.

Back to King's Cross: Eurydice in the Underground

I've been blown away to the responses to all my fics in this fandom but the love that gig officially gigged has engendered is truly astonishing to me. I'm glad this crazy little band AU and its strange September prequel touched so many of you.

There was a character in a book I read once who was described as "handsomely fat" and that phrase is stuck in my brain forever.
