     He was staring at the wall where someone had put up a poster saying WE WANT THE VK’S GONE with a crude drawing of them all. He hated it. Hated how much some of the kids hated them. At least Jay had some form of popularity being good at sports. He heard someone approach and he had to remember how to do the neutral face so it didn’t look like he was hurt by this. “Can I help you?” Mal would respond like that.

“Fairy Godmother tagged me to check up on the new students! I was just coming to see if you needed any-” Stopping in her tracks as she saw how upset he was, her eyes traveled to where he was staring, and her mood dropped as a sudden overprotective scowl settled over her normally kind features. “Are you serious? Immature, rude assclowns...” With a furious murmur, she stormed over to the poster and tore it down, ripping it to shreds before the obviously upset newcomer. 

“I’m so sorry about this. Some of the royal jerks just can’t accept anything new, even though it could be the greatest thing this school has ever done, in my opinion.” Tossing the paper shreds into the trash where they belonged, the apologetic student turned to face him. “Personally, I couldn’t be happier that things are changing around here. It was getting way too stuffy with all of the royal pomp and circumstance...the egos...I’ve...I’ve never fit in here myself.”

Twisted Beauty and the Beast AU

Muse A and Muse B are childhood friends. Muse A has grown into a beautiful and compassionate woman and Muse B is a hunter who, though he has a good heart, can be a little on the over-confident side, but the two of them are still close as can be. Muse B goes off to fight in a war, but when he comes home, he discovers Muse A has been kidnapped by a jealous monstrous beast. Communicating every day with her through a magic two-way mirror given to him by an Enchantress who was treated kindly by Muse A, Muse B promises to hunt this monster down and bring her home soon, and he makes a promise with himself to tell her he loves her when he does.

A Princess Will Always Recognise Her Dragon

Muse A is a Royal Child, Muse B is a Lonely Dragon. Age 3-4, Muse A is out with their parents, a trip from their Winter Palace to their Summer one and there’s a storm, Muse A gets scared and wanders off ending up in the cave where Muse B is resting for that night, flying home from a trip overseas to escape a lynch mob. Muse B is lonely (and not that hungry) so they end up taking Muse A with them. So Muse A grows up in an abandoned broken castle, forgetting they’re royalty, a fact that Muse B was never aware of.

When Muse A is 21, knights storm the castle & ‘rescue’ them, taking them ‘home’ and back to their parents. Muse A doesn’t want to go ‘home’ they want to stay with Muse B. They hates the clothes, hates the people, hates the shoes, hates the entire experience, and tries to run away constantly but keeps getting dragged back.

Muse A has never gotten over their fear of storms and whenever there was one, they’d curl against Muse B’s side & they’d drop their wing over Muse A so they couldn’t see it and they’d feel safer. A storm happens after Muse A has been in the castle for 2 months and they’re absolutely terrified and curls in their bed, crying and wishing for their dragon.

A week later in Court, a new knight appears. Rather than swearing fealty to the kingdom or to Muse A’s parents, this knight swears to Muse A. And then they look up. Muse A knows those eyes, knows them well. That’s their dragon, Muse B is human. They made Muse B human, since both of them needed and wished for proximity, the universe did what it had to to make it happen. And Muse A so happy to see Muse B (and they’re really rather beautiful in human form)

Dark/Evil Lianna AU ideas:

1. Landing on the Isle with amnesia, no recollection of who she was, she gets taken in by a villain with no children and raised as a VK.

2. She comes in contact with a potion/curse that darkens her heart and turns her away from good. TLK is the only thing that will break her curse.

3. Her family is threatened, so in order to keep them safe, she has to leave Auradon and go to the Isle, where she unwillingly takes part in villainy and depravity, though she wants to go home.

4. After her family is killed because of something an Auradonian did, she becomes obsessed with vengeance, and her heart grows darker and colder, so she leaves to go to the Isle since that is the one place she knows she’ll be understood.

5. She falls in love with a VK, but instead of trying to fight it and remain good, she gives in to his seductive charms and goes to be with him, allowing him to bring her to his side of evil.

Harry looked at her when she took his arm. He was a bit caught off guard by her sudden question, of course he had ignored it when she asked it the first time. What was he supposed to reply to that? That he actually enjoyed this gentle touch, that he liked how it felt when she touched his skin? No. He was Harry Hook, he didn’t feel anything except of demons that were controlling him. “Nothing..” he simply replied. “It did notthing to me.”

Lianna was not like some of the other kids from both the Isle and Auradon...she had no magic, no powers. She could fly with pixie dust and happy thoughts...but on her own? She was one hundred percent normal human. Yet, she always had an innate ability to tell when others were not being truthful. Her mother was good at that, and now, so was she. Furrowing her brows with a chastising frown at him, she released a deep sigh. 

“Harry...the longer you bottle things up, the worse it’ll be when everything explodes on you in the long run...but...on the other hand, I also know what it’s like to not want to say something when you’re afraid of the consequences. Terrified of feelings that you never thought you could or would have for someone else. It’s like...Murphy’s Law of Thermodynamics. Things get worse under pressure.” Staring up at him, she pressed her fingers together in front of her. “If you ever want to...well...I’m here. And I’m not going anywhere...”
