These red petals seem to be the overarching theme of the DLC, and definitely seem to connect to the Legendary Stalker, who wears a red flower brooch and also has red hair.

Reminder, we also have this instance of her with the reddish ergo memory on the black seaside!

I'm also thinking this attack P uses must be related to her somehow, maybe through using her weapon?

Pino arrives back at the hotel entrance after a long day of journey with Gemini. Turn the lights off from the cage. Pino roamed around the halls of the hotel quietly at through out the night, unable to rest his mind.

Pino went to a nearby library that was close to the main staircase to look for something to do , skimming through the bookshelf, but there was little to no motivation to read in him. Then a sudden voice made his head turn to the door of the library; you slowly opened the door and walked in to stop at the doorway to see Pino looking at you:"I can't sleep..." 

Pino slowly nodded his head as you close the door behind you , you watch his body continue to roam through the bookshelf, the way he moves and small twitches happen sometimes, but there's one thing that makes you blush the moment you see Pinocchio.

Pino must have a rainy adventure out there because, oh boy, the way that shirt is soaking wet tells it all , the way the beautiful ruffles is a bit wetted down, but the rest of his shirt is just sticking on his body, especially around his chest and shoulders. The way his skin is a bit noticeable through that shirt, not to mention it is also cut deep, reveals a bit of his chest.

You stood there for a while admiring him without realising that you were just staring at his chest with such a blushing face. Pino could feel your wondering eyes kept looking at him , making Pino a bit nervous as he waved his hand a bit to get your attention.

You snap out of your admiration and go further into the library. You look at Pino :"you should go change...your shirt is uhm..wet" . Pino only answered with a slight nod but still continued to look through the books on the shelf. Is he going to change or is he still gonna stand there looking around? He's a puppet after all, so he won't get sick or anything. But you're still worried about him.

"So, what book are you looking for?" As you slowly looked around the shelves, too, to find yourself a book to read , it was raining outside. The weather was a bit chilly but with the warmth of the fireplace and the rain outside it makes the perfect temperature to read a book. 

After a while, you finally find a book that you want but there's one thing. The book is placed on the top shelf completely out of your reach. You even try to tip your toe to get higher but still can't manage to touch the book at all. Then suddenly you feel a hand behind you reach the book , someone's body is completely towering over you from behind, a taller figure. 

You know that the only other person in this library is Pino. As you can feel his chest slightly touching your back, his arm, which is high up getting the book for you , is slightly touching the back of your head. His shirt was touching your back, the distance between you two was just close to nothing, your two bodies were so close that blushes started to creep up on to your face as your body stood frozen .

"Is this the book you need?" You heard Pino ask, so you turned around to meet his chest ,the blush got worse, your face is now so red. You look up a bit to see

He got the wrong book

You slightly shake your head as a no that the book you want is next to the one he took. You point back at the book you wanted Pino nodded; he put the book back on the shelf to get the one you want. The book you wanted was slightly a bit place to the right, so he reached a bit higher, closing the distance between you two even more and...

Your face is now touching his chest.

"P-Pino!" Your face was so red , you're surprised, flustered. You feel like you wanted to just crawl away from this situation , hide somewhere and just stay there forever. Your mind started to panic a bit when Pino got the book and looked down at you with a confused face:"Yes? Is this the book you want?"

You look up at him again, eyes went to his hand that is holding the book you pointed to him to take, you took the book and look away:"t-thank you" Pino gently smiled and started to roam through the bookshelf again. You took a deep breath trying to calm yourself down after that.

Eventually, after wandering around , Pino didn't find any books to his liking, he turned around to see you sitting on a couch reading; slowly approaching you , Pino sits next to you making you stiffed up a bit , leaning closer to you to see what you're reading about.

"Can I read with you ?" You turned to look at Pino and simply shook your head yes as you held the book a bit to Pino's side and smiled shyly.

You two read together for the rest of the night, silence filled the room. The only thing that is making noises is the rain outside.

Your eyes wonder through the letters within the book , understanding the stories and its characters. It doesn't take long until your eyelids start to feel heavy and eventually your body starts to feel tired and sleepy. Unable to handle the desire for some rest, your body slowly relaxes and your head leans on Pino's shoulders.

The next thing you know when you wake up, you are lying on the bed ; the lights from the outside gently dim from the windows and landing on a small part of your face . You shift your body to the right. At that moment ,your eyes met a sleeping Pino.

His eyes were closed, freckles were decorated around his face, some are even in on the neck , his rosy lips are slightly parted. Curly locks of hair spread a bit across the pillow , some strands are moving due to the slight gentle wind in the room . He looks so peaceful..so beautiful. His arms were wrapped around your waist with his sleeves rolled up a bit . His shirt was falling a bit to the side, revealing a small glimpse of his collarbone.

You were so are observed by the beautiful scene that is displayed in front of your eyes , your heart yearns to get close to him , to cuddle with him.

That special moment was ruined when you inch a bit closer to feel some damp spots around Pino, especially where his shoulder is. Why are there some wet spots on the bed? That's when you remember something last night.

This dummy takes you to bed and sleeps with you ,with a rain-water soaked shirt.

You tap his shoulders slightly to wake him up , Pino flutters his eyes a few times gaining a clear vision before looking at you. Oh how that pouting face makes his stomach filled with butterflies. "Do you need anything?" said the confused Pino. You look at him, your pout deep a little.

"Yes.. go change your shirt!"

He did and then the two of you had breakfast with each other after that 🤍

Under the rain ~

⚠️ warning: nothing just pure Fluff and Pino being adorable :)

The beautiful city that you once knew is now nothing but a nightmare filled with dangerous puppets roaming around, lurking in the dark, waiting for their prey and deathly diseases. You, a survivor with a strong will to live and maybe a little luck, were able to escape and hide away for a while.

During your life or death ride, you were hiding in an abandoned library, thinking that you could be safe for a moment, when suddenly a faint noise, almost like footsteps, came closer to the door.

At that moment, you couldn't think straight, panicking about who or what creature was outside slowly creeping in to kill you, but your mind only came up with one word:

Hide hide hide

A sudden loud bang from the door, a tall figure step in with one hand holding a giant sword and a looming light around its waist seem to be saying something: "Uh Buddy Are you sure you saw someone run into here?". Pinocchio then answered with a slight nod as he observed the scene around him

A fireplace had been lit, and a pair of shoes were close to a dusty couch. Someone must have been here, or is someone here? At a distance, the puppet sees a small figure who is trying to hide behind a knocked-over bookshelf; their small part of the dress is peeking out.

Slowly, Pinocchio approaches you with a small and gentle step while putting his sword away, trying his best not to scare you as he slowly bends down to see you curling up, closing your eyes, fearing something will attack you.

There are several cuts and bruises on your arms and feet. Feeling someone was staring at you with little courage to look up and immediately run away from the danger, you looked up slowly to see, but at that moment you were completely mesmerized and surprised.

A pair of beautiful blue eyes and curly locks of hair, he was dressed in really expensive clothing, with a small light seeming to be coming out of his belt from behind, a small cage with a shining light inside. The boy looks so handsome and human .

"I....who you are?" You were so surprised and nervous that you didn't even realize you messed up the order of your own words. Pinocchio then slowly extend his hand out for you to take: "You mean "who are you" ?" With a gentle smile

Completely embarrassed, you take his hand and he lifts you up on your feet: "Uhm..yeah, who are you?" You look back up to him to see the small, gentle smile fade. As Pinocchio was about to say something,the shining cage from behind began to talk:" Hi there, pretty lady! You must be a really lucky person to be able to survive this far! I'm Gemini, and his name is Pinocchio. Hehe. Just call him P". As you slowly nodded and smiled at Gemini's answer

As time went by, Pinocchio had brought you to a safer place. You got along with everyone in the hotel,helping Eugénie around and talking with Sofia, but you found yourself mostly hanging around at the library, where you skimmed through the book titles and read a book or two.

But this time was different; you were heading to the garden behind the hotel to watch the rain. Throughout your childhood, you always loved to play with the rain, even if it risked you getting sick. But getting to play under the rain with your mother for hours was the most beautiful memory you had. Now that she's not here anymore, you miss her every night, thinking why the world is so cruel to take your mother away...That disease took her away...

You step outside into the rain as you can feel the small water drops hit on top of your head and shoulders. You begin to play around under the rain, smiling and laughing all by yourself. If someone were walking past you right now, they would think that you have problems, but you don't care as your mind slowly forgets reality and just has fun.

"What are you doing?" A similar, gentle voice came from behind. You turned around to see Pinocchio standing next to the door, looking confused. Why are you dancing like that and just letting yourself get wet? What is it about the rain and just running around that makes you so happy? He was curious and confused. Doesn't that make you sick? Cold? 

"I'm just having fun! Do you want to join?" You smile and extend your hand out for Pinocchio to take . Pinocchio looks confused, but something inside him is reacting; a feeling tells him to take your hand and dance with you under the rain. Since the day he got you out of that library and escorted you to somewhere safer, something about you has sparked a small light inside of him, a small warm sensation every time he's close to you. That warm feeling makes him want to get closer to you every day when you reach your hand out for him to take that feeling....grow stronger. That beautiful feeling...

He took your hand and followed you outside in the middle of the rain. You danced around him,  held both of his hands, and looked at him with a bright smile as you slightly kicked your leg and a small splash of water hit Pinocchio. He let out a small laugh and did the same back at you.

Both of you laughed and began to have a small cute fight under the rain. The warm feeling is now burning inside of Pinocchio. In that rare moment, Pinocchio felt something so different, almost like what a human feels......

You two ran around with each other, playing hide and seek and laughing with each other until you slipped and fell on the ground. Pinocchio saw you fall and went to you, but he also slipped........ on top of you, but he was able to hold himself up a bit, leaving a small space between you two. As you both kept looking at each other, eyes locked, you began to feel nervous as blushes started to creep up on your cheeks. For a while now.....You have feelings for Pinocchio, and you always try your best to hide your blushes all the time when he is close by or talking to you. When he isn't and you're helping Eugénie, she always teases you about it and always tries to encourage you to express your feelings to him, but you never had a chance to tell him until now...

You two remained in that position for awhile when Pinocchio stood up and held his hand out for you to get up. You stood up and still held his hand:" P. I want to tell you something" - "What is it?..." You look up at him and close your eyes to take a deep breath. Your hand slowly gets shaky. Nervousness was taking a strong toll on you as you gathered up your courage to tell him.

I love you..

At that moment, you couldn't tell if what you said was right or wrong, as the only thing you saw was a blank face on Pinocchio as he just stared back at you. Your heart slowly acne. Why did you tell him? Why did you ruin this moment? Why are you so stupid? How could you be so naive?

But then a sudden move causes you to snap out of your thoughts. Pinocchio hugs you, his hand slowly caressing your cheek as he lets out a gentle smile at you: "I love you too."

"r-really?.." You're surprised at what he just said. Pinocchio let out a small laugh that made your stomach fill with butterflies. He slowly nodded and stroked your cheek as he slowly lean in.

That night, you two shared your first kiss under the rain.

Meanwhile, from afar, Eugénie and Sofia are watching you two. Eugénie smiles at the cute scene that is displayed in front of her.

"I knew she can do it"
