Blog 3 (Week 29): The blog 3 must shed light on the subject of 'Ethics and Questionnaire' 

You must include a critical analyze about 250 words; shed light on what are Ethical concerns for running a Survey. You must research more on the subject and can use materials delivered yesterday. 

The blog must also include an analysis of the best practices in creating questionnaire and interview questions (250 - 300 words). You must conduct a research to identify key points. You can also use materials delivered yesterday.

Consequently, learning from the research, you must create a Questionnaire including 15 questions. Your questionnaire must include:

Explain the aim. What is the aim and purpose of this questionnaire? (The aim must be relevant to your field of study and a relevant Project) 

Explain the sample population. Who would be the focused participants for this questionnaire?

Explain your chosen method for conducting the questionnaire. Why did you choose this method? what are the risks? 

Present your final Questionnaire in a professional format and layout. 

Include a critical reflection / conclusion as a guidance for your blog readers. This must help readers to gain a better understanding of how to create a questionnaire the relevant field. (Between 300 to 500 words)
