I'm Deepanjali an Animator/Scenographer/Architect. I grew up in a small town in India. I studied my undergrad in architecture and recently graduated as a Scenographer from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London. I have seen both the digital and analog sides of art. Scenography gave me the sense of theatric space and how a stage can be transformed whereas animation studies will give me the ability to take my imagination reach new horizons, unbound by physical spaces. I value my Indian heritage and always have my ideas rooted to the traditional art forms. I have a passion for fusing modern ideas with inspirations drawn from conventional methods. Professionally I aspire to open my own production house in film industry and commercial advertisements. During the two years of MFA in Animation and Motion Arts at Pratt Institute I would like to develop my skills at 3D animation and combine it with the previous skills.
