The latest download is available! DEEPSØNØS Episode II: Ephemére is designed to take you deep into a sonic meditation experience, a full-spectrum sound journey composed at 432hz. I infused this Episode with deep springtime and effervescent sounds, inspired by the Full Flower Moon, whose energy is present with us during the month of May. I recorded violin, vocals, and incorporated electronic production on synths, sampled sounds, and sonic bass. It's a hi-fidelity sonic sound journey. Audio
Listen to Episode I: Vernal.
Experience the depths of meditation with DEEPSØNØS.
Production, Violins, Vocals, Composition: HANNAH Mixed by Dave Sharma, Sharmaji Music, Brooklyn, NY Mastered by Chris Cox, Denver, CO ----- Episode I: Vernal is designed to take you deep into a sonic meditation experience, a full-spectrum sound journey composed at 432hz. I highly suggest, especially for the first listen, that you play this hi-rez audio file on some really good speakers with a subwoofer, or on really good headphones, to capture the full essence. Close your eyes and dive deep.
I incorporated jungle textures and bird sounds that I recorded from my recent trip to Envision Festival in Uvita and Nosara in Costa Rica, along with live violin, vocals, and electronic production on synths, sampled sounds, and sonic bass. It's a hi-fidelity sonic sound journey.
Episode I is 10 minutes long. The cool thing about that is, you know that you've meditated exactly 10 minutes when the track is up. No need for a timer, or for your brain to worry that you've sat too long or too little.
Try this for a week, meditating to Episode I: Vernal every morning or evening, 10 minutes a day. Utilize any breathing or deep relaxation techniques you normally employ in your seated meditations, and let your mind melt away on sound. And see how you feel.

Waterfall Qi Gong Visualization
This cooling qi gong visualization helps the body to achieve balance and promote healing.
Find a quiet space. Breathe deeply and imagine cool water flowing from the top of the head, down through the body and legs and out the toes. See, feel, and hear the rush of this waterfall as a powerful and loving balancing force.
Cooling visualizations can help train the mind to heal manifestations of stress and imbalance to renew energy and inspire those around us to feel more harmonious.

Be careful with your thoughts, for they become your words. Be careful with your words, for they become your actions. Be careful with your actions, for they become your habits. The more you invest in life, the more you get out of life. I learned to be more giving even if I don't get anything in return. It makes me happy to do something good and help people however I can; I get this content feeling in my stomach.

"Balance isn't about holding everything to a static point where nothing moves. Balance is about learning to be ok with the waves of life, learning to ride the waves with a smile, to keep your peace even when life is rocky, tumultuous and stormy. You don't need to control everything, nor should you try. You don't always need to see the next step or have a plan. #Bestrong enough to admit that you don't have all the answers and that you couldn't get them all even if you tried. Be humble enough to admit your mistakes and faults, to ask for forgives and to forgive others easily.
