So Here I Am

Wow. The oh-so-legendary TUMBLR is much different than I’d anticipated - and this is only my first time using it...

*sigh*

another way to waste time. Hah, like I need it. But, from the stories I’ve heard (that makes it sound like I should be more scared...), I’ll fit RIGHT IN here. I hope. If not, it’ll be like everything else in my life. Yay.

Although no one will read this because I am no one anyway, I feel the need to introduce myself. Katy’s the name, gracelessly tripping on air is the game. And, as I’ve been told by my friends (what friends?), I am the definition of obsessed. And I’m pretty weird.

I don’t mean cute and trendy weird. I don’t mean random = funny I’m so awkward lol weird. I mean someone get a doctor the girl’s gone mad weird.

SO yah... I’ll fit right in.

Let’s just jump right in then I guess.

Interests. That’s a place to start. My many obsessions (cough cough I mean interests) include, from a 3000 foot view, Youtubers, books, TV shows (specifically BBC), Disney/Pixar, Piano, singing, art, and various bands.

So that’s a broad view of my interests. Allow me to specify.

Youtubers. Overlords of the internet. There are SO MANY Youtubers, which means, of course, that there are SO MANY Youtubers that I love, therefore there are SO MANY that I’m bound to forget to mention. But oh well, lez do it. My favorite Youtubers: The Gabbie Show, Liza Koshy, The Odd Ones Out, Hannah Hoffman, Super Carlin Brothers, Game/Film Theory, Jacksfilms, Tyler Oakley, KickThePJ, Thomas Sanders, nigahiga, Shane Dawson, Collins Key, and... The GREATEST YOUTUBERS OF ALL TIME THAT CAN NEVER BE REPLACED ARE.......

DAN & PHIL! Literally 90% of my time is spent over-analyzing every word they say.

ANYWHOOOOOOOO MOVING ON

Books. Books are amazing things. AMAZING things. A simple compilation of 26 letters and some dots and dashes that have to ability to tell stories and cause emotions and tears and laughter and OMG IT’S FASCINATING. I love LOTR, Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes, Divergent, and pretty much every book ever.

TV Shows... specifically BBC. I say “specifically BBC” because the best shows ever (Doctor Who, Sherlock, and Top Gear) are all from BBC so.... BUT I also love anime, Lost, Gilmore Girls, and MY FAVORITE SHOW IS... THE OFFICE! The American one, non o’ that British crap. I love you, England, but that was sad. We did it so much better :)))

Disney/Pixar. ‘nuf said

Piano/singing is my life. I spend all my spare time that I’m not on Youtube or reading teaching myself to play piano as accompaniment while I sing. Music is literally my LIFE.

I also spend a lot of time drawing. I’m not very good at it, but practice makes perfect, right? I’ll get better eventually. But for now, I’ll stick to making crappy fanart and moping over my lack of talent.

BANDS.

I have no life this is sad.

anyway I am in love with lots of music. a lot of different music.

My favorite bands are Twenty One Pilots (fave album is their self-titled album btw), P!atD, FOB, and MCR. other than that, I like a few songs from every genre and a bunch of scattered artists.

It’s currently 11:01 (little bit ‘o insight into my life) on a Tuesday night so I gtg to to beddy-by. Cool Cool.

I can explain the reasons why I’m weird another time.
