I always find it really helpful when drawing something new to sketch it really realistic (referencing real photos), then really toony (referencing cartoon artists), and then try and blend what I learn into my preferred portions.

But this is Baxter, the silver sable German Shepard! He's a guide dog for another OC of mine.

Someone replied to the original post with Golden Cheese and Nutmeg Tiger just straight up trying to kill each other, and they were right. I don't know if Golden Cheese can win her over.

However, if she can, she'd always be arguing with the rest of Golden's servants, but a begrudging bit of care forms. I like the idea of her saving Smoked Cheese Cookie's life at some point.

(I haven't been talking about her because I wasn't in the fandom for her updates, and haven't gotten to that point in the story. The others I have heard SO MUCH about I kinda know how to write them. Her, not so much.)

I have a small question about your ancient adopting the beast kids au do the kids grow up. They inherited some traits from the ancient or the kingdom or anyone who has watched over them like babysit them

I got a little carried away...

- Cloud Haetae, being so small, would be easily won over by Dark Cacao and start trying to act more like him to be scary. But it's just a scary persona, they stay cute and playful. However, I do think they'd be an invaluable part of the guard, becoming a warrior like so many other Cacaoans.

- Pure Vanilla would have a much harder time convincing his two to like him, given they're older. However, he treats them much kinder than Shadow Milk and forgives mistakes easily. So, the two would soften up and become kinder too. I also like to think they start to wear brighter clothing like his as they age.

- Royalberry and Wildberry are intensely worried for Pavlova, since Hollyberry had made a few mistakes in their youths. So, they try to act as older brothers, even though Hollyberry has improved quite a bit after standing up to Eternal Sugar. Pavlova definitely grows up to reflect the Hollyberry Kingdom, and becomes a romance novelist!

On one hand, the Renovation of Paris took place in the 1870's, which is likely being referenced by the "Urban Redevelopment of Lumiose City" in the trailer.

On the other hand, Legends: Arceus was historical, Scarlet/Violet was historical and futuristic, so making Legends: Z-A futuristic would make for a very fun sequence of games.

Either way, I'm excited. I don't think I'd be too disappointed by either option, despite my personal preference for Sci-fi media.

(Also either way, it'd be really funny if Emmet is trapped in France)

I saw @nartothelar 's art of Ingo being carried by some of his team and really wanted to draw Chandelure giving him a lift too! Unfortunately, Ingo's not the biggest fan of heights.

(Chandelure is literally so fun to draw, top tier Pokemon.)

Morgen and Stede, the frontmen of the freshest band on the scene, Bait and Switch!

They started as a humble garage band, and for their first concert they didn't have costumes, so they just put on their coolest coats and shoes over their school uniforms. The look caught on quick!

(I have this mental image of a spinoff game where a bunch of different idol groups are in a "turf war" for a wider audience. Not a theory, just something fun to think about.)
