“I suppose that’s true. My biggest concern would be making sure the fish was safe when I’m not home.” Which unless she gets a particularly big and hard to get to tank it will constantly be on her mind. But buying a bigger tank than necessary would be a waste of money and space.

“I see. Y-Yeah…   That’s the main reason I hesitate at getting both, at least at first. I’ll have to look to see if I safe enough place for the fish before thinking of anything more…” 

“Then you’ll do just fine.” He nodded. “You’re thinking ahead, which is a breathe of fresh air.”

“I-I see…” She couldn’t help but shrink a bit at the laughter, self conscious despite not really saying anything embarrassing. Suppose she was somewhat in the wrong department, but… he was the first employee to approach her.

“T-that makes sense, I-I-I should have considered that. M-maybe I’ll look into fish for the future…O-or cat, cats are nice. Not at the same time but, Um-..” She mumbled her thought process aloud, trailing off as she realized she was just rambling. She didn’t want to waste this employee’s time further, considering she wasn’t even going to buy anything today.

“I don’t see why not both.” He crossed his arms. “As long as the aquarium for the fish is kept at a good area where the cat can’t knock it over or get in, you should be fine.” He added. “Though I guess the stereotype that cats like fish is a strong one.”

“A rich boy from a stalker…?  Not something you hear everyday.  Seems the problem is resolved for now, though.”  He wouldn’t dig too much into that beside maybe learning of the stalker.  Make sure he didn’t have anything to worry about on his end.

“I’ve been well for the most part.  Regaining my grounds and looking to see what else I could find about this island.”

“Any luck on that end?” He asked, looking at the other. He had been too busy with other things to look into the island more.

“With a job that pays me damn well, you bet I have been.” He laughed a bit before looking at her. “Yeah. This place gets pretty crazy.” Then again so did his home world.

“Not in particular right now…” She admits, looking to him from the varying reptile tanks lining the room. She might not be able to have a pet now… but it was an idea that struct to consider for the future.

“But um, Do you have any recommendations for starting pet owners…” She asks. She doesn’t want to waste her time but.. since she was already here.

“Definitely not a reptile.” He laughed. “A cat or a fish would be best. Cats are pretty self sufficient.” He stood up before walking over. “And fish well.... There’s a reason they’re normally kid’s first pets.”

“Ah, it’s you..” Recognizing the boy from some time back, Itachi would approach the other with a hand in his pocket.  “It’s been a good while.  Has everything been well?”  Checking up on a familiar face seemed to be necessary considering the strange events as of late.  With a peace returning and word of strange markings, the Uchiha had his reason to be concerned for the citizens of this hell.

“It’s been a little hectic… to say the least.”

“You can say that again.” He sighed before nodding. “Yeah I’ve been okay. Had to save a rich boy from a stalker. But that’s neither here nor there. How about you?” He asked.
