I'm hyperfixiating on my new oc Adel and practiced some shading while taking a break from some larger art projects.

Here's a little TLDR of Adels story

What if Hordak manage to make a successful clone while on Etheria but had to raise it himself due to the cloning pod being faulty?

And BOOM that's how I made baby brother Adel, originally Hordak only made him for one purpose only, to escape the pain his own body is in by erasing Adel and taking over his body... however over the years he couldn't bring himself to go through with it.

He found himself keeping the doodles Adel made as a child, unable to imagine a time where his little brother won't be looking up at him with awe and respect, he found himself caring for his little brother...and the fact that he couldn't go through with it made him feel more defective
