Do you know if the old anon boosh kink meme lives on anywhere? I've seen links that route back to emptypantry's LJ but they deleted and purged :( I'm looking for a couple fics that aren't on blueboosh...

which fics are you looking for? i’m not sure if the meme is still alive, but i’ll look into it. it might take little while - i’m in the middle of a huge project at home.

i just wanted to say that this blog is not truly abandoned, even though i haven’t posted anything in a year and a half. life in general has been on pause, for a number of reasons, but i’ve finally started reading some new Boosh fics and re-reading plenty of old ones. now all i have to do is figure out the system i was using to organize the blog...

THANK YOU for the reminder!! i’ve backed up another one of my blogs (not my main blog - that one’s fucking huge - but one that could be forcibly removed from tumblr in the near future) (*cough*)  yet it didn’t even occur to me to back up this one.

let this be a reminder to ALL of you - back up your blogs! especially now that tumblr has a giant stick up its ass  got its balls chopped off by yahoo  has been overtaken by shortsighted fuckwits  is trying to force a G rating down our throats  has updated its terms of service. as you may surmise, i am not entirely in favor of the new direction this platform is taking. x

go to your settings page and get the backup started - it will run in the background and will take a very long time. (mine took a couple of days.) when it’s done, tumblr will send you an email with a link to download a zip file.

if you have any NSFW blogs, i would highly recommend you back those up first. remember, tumblr can and will remove anything it doesn’t like without notice.

everything went well and i shouldn’t need any more surgeries (2 is 2 too many for my taste!). my cranky ol’ heart is finally behaving like it should - YAY.

i’m so glad you like it! i put waaay too much time into setting it up - as opposed to getting anything done in the real world - but it was totally worth it.

The infamous night that Jimmy Carr went out with the Boosh in LA. Jimmy's said he'd hate to see any of those details published, but I can't help wondering what they got up to. Fic could be PWP sexytimes, a serious and angsty look at celebrity and excess, a view of Noel and Julian and their relationship from an outside perspective... whatever! (Also, are the pics of Noel-in-a-dress and Jimmy chatting poolside while Julian swims from LA around that time period? That could potentially be included!)
