It’s been so long since I drew something MCF related. Granted I have drawn some sketches but since it’s been too long and I wanted to try again.

Today I drew The Archivist, mostly because I have been trying improve drawing guys.

The first drawing is his close up (with some notes and sketches)

The second is his outfits. I liked to imagine that he wore the work outfit #2 when he goes out in missions with Master Detective in my Au.

Okay I found this game in the App Store and it’s full version for free (you do need to watch ads for more hints 😅). But I enjoyed playing it.

It’s called Mystery Detective Adventures and it has three cases for anyone to play through. I love the voice acting and art designs in it.

I was inspired to draw the main character of game. Detective John Woodbray.

The game does have its cons though. Like you have to watch ads for more hints (and sometimes those are not available) and you sometimes gets lost in the game. But I don’t mind since I can play the full version for free.

Fun fact: I could not find any references of Jack in the game where he’s not wearing a hat, even in some sequel games where he appears, he is still seen wearing a different hat. So I had to improvise in these drawings of him😅.

I gotten nostalgic and I remembered this theme song from Avenue Flo from the Diner Dash game series. I used to play many of diner dash games often end I was younger. I might draw the rest of the characters but I’m not sure 😅.

It’s been long since I drew a character from dark parables. So here it is, Eldra the Wolf Queen from the Dark Parables: The Red Riding Hood Sisters

I was working some sort of redesign on Eldra (The wolf Queen) mostly to make it simpler for me to draw. I went to read and watch some art tutorials on drawing anthropomorphic character and furry character so I could try to add some wolf details on the design. Still not sure on her redesign but I’m working on it.

Fun fact: The outfit is inspired by what Sabrina Carpenter wore when she was performing “Feather”

Hello 👋 I hope everyone had a fun Christmas and New Year’s Eve. I went through some of my sketches in Procreate and I had some old artworks involving a lot of Hidden object games I’ve played this back then. So I wanted to show some here:

This first one is from the Game Series: Dark City. It is a Hidden Object game thats available in IOS and it takes place in the Victorian timeline. The first drawing is the main character “The Detective” in the series until the 5th game. If you noticed that blue eye shown through his monocle, its based on his in-game mechanic where its used to deduced the scene needed for the mystery. There is like a few scenes i can get to gather reference and all of them are just the backs of his head , so i just improvised 🤷‍♀️.

The second character is Agatha and she appears in Dark City: Budapest. She became a main character in the 6th game and so on in the series. I think she is supposed to be a possible love interest for the “Detective” since i have seen scenes in the game that showcasing it. I haven’t finished the rest of game series yet but overall I enjoyed the games i have played in the series.

This next drawings are actually redesigns of two characters from Mystery Case Files series. First one is Benjamin Wright and i wanted to give him some traits to have more personality in his appearances. The reason for the piercings is based on a headcanon of mine that he gotten them because the guy (Jack Talon) from Ghost Patrol has piercings and he thought it was cool, so he went and get them. Did he regretted getting a tongue piercing? Maybe.

Second is Allison Sterling and I wanted to give her a sort of “modernized” fashion (mostly because I gotten tired of her just wearing plain outfit that I’ve seen many characters in games and wanted to make her different). I’m still not sure on her preferred fashion though. Oh and if you noticed scars on her sketch, its was referencing what happened to her during Mystery Case Files: Crossfade. Theres an actually have plot involving the scars in my Au but thats it for now.

I recently started to play Murder in the Alps for nostalgia and I wanted to draw the protagonist Anna Myers. I might draw other characters in the game but thats a slow process since I’ve been busy these past weeks

It will seem strange to many, but I also want to ask a question, because I damn much like your Au and I just became interested. If something had happened, the Archivist would have been able to overcome his ego and would have been able to help the Master Detective (even if this help would not have been good for him. And even if you don't take the case when he helped us in the 22nd part of the game.)?

It’s kinda complicated, I’m still working on how the AU goes 😓. It’s mostly daydreams and writing in docs at this point. Thank you for the question because this allows me to rant more 😅.

So basically my AU is what happens after Dalimar Legacy when the events involving the Charles have never happened. Archivist would still work in MCF agency but would be moved to the new agency (the one where the manor was originally resided but is now rebuilt into the new headquarters of MCF) and that’s where Archivist would (technically) first meet Madelyn. There’s more story involving their first interaction but that’s a secret for now.

He is still mad of his position but his workplace is slightly better than his old one. He still wishes to be a detective but may might change once he started to spends time with Madelyn.

Madelyn (Master Detective) and Archivist will have more of a rival relationship in this AU where they always butted heads and arguing with each other but can work together quite well. Regarding the Archivist’s ego, I’m not sure on that part yet 😅. I know he’s gonna need to go through a long character arc for his part in the story to overcome his huge ego.

This the current one I can think of:

Archivist thinks Madelyn doesn’t deserved the title of “Master Detective” and thinks lowly of her. Madelyn doesn’t like him (due to her memories of him basically trying to kill her) but needed to keep a close eye on him to make sure he doesn’t go villain like before.

Bonus:

As a fun little bonus, I actually sketch out some ideas for AU!Newtimeline Archivist (I really need to think of a name for him 😅)

He’s in a more casual wear in this AU. I took the colors from his in game design and use that as a reference on this new look. I’m still not sure his beard though 😅.
